Being informed, say an hour before delivery would be helpful instead of waiting in all day.delivered at5pm.
Then driver left the window 20yds from my door, telling me it wasn't heavy.
I am 78.then also had to get it up my steps

The seals I required had to be made in Poland and sent to UK. However, I was sent messages informing me of progress and approximate delivery dates. This is important to customers who are having to wait.

The only disappointment was the premium they charge for the conservation feature ... a thin black strip of metal running vertically down the centre of the window. I wouldn't dream of paying the premium for a feature I don't want but which my council requires.

We were impressed with the product . We only dropped a star as the material was packaged on a pallet they were wanting to charge us extra money for . Thankfully our supplier sorted this for us .

I liked the ordering process - just quote the number on the window frame and choose from the list of compatible-sized blinds, no measuring & estimating and hoping for the best. Not every blind fits your window size it seemed, which made the choice both harder and easier!
Delivery was faster than estimated, arrived after just a couple of days.
All the parts were in the boxes (I'd ordered two). Important to lay out all the bits as directed and carefully follow the instructions. The instructions were good but the lack of words (i.e. just diagrams) made a couple of critical stages quite tricky to work out - actually much easier than the diagram was trying to show - and a bit of careful thought enabled it to fit together well, and the second blind was therefore more straightforward & quicker to do based on the experience with the first one.
The end result looks really good and they operate smoothly (manual versions). Recommended.

The website was good but a little frustrating when moving backwards and forwards between items. I eventually phoned and asked about my product and was told contradictory information to the web site on whether or not the swatch book included venetian blind samples. The web site says no, the company says yes. In the end I didn't buy the samples and decided to make a choice. The colour chosen was grey based on it not looking too grey. In reality the colour actually is closure to beige than grey and was exactly what I was looking for but this uncertainty was not good. ordering was simple and the plate on the window gave me the exact size of what i wanted.

The fitting for me was very fiddly and I couldn't help thinking that a little more thought in design would make it so much easier to post fit a set of venetian blinds. Lots of little screws and I personally hat having to drill into my new window frames to fit something like this. It would be far better to have the thing arrive as a made unit that just simple clicks into place. Instead there are lots of elements and various sizes of screws.

Once fitted the blinds look good but don't fully close as shown on the web site so the bottom 6 inches is loose. This being said they do the job we wanted so we didn't complain but there is no way of tightening the blind so that all leaves close tight.

Excellent service. I ordered two fakro skylights, at a very good price. I got a call from the delivery company to arrange a convenient time and the items arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. I am very pleased with the skylights and they look fantastic in our new kitchen extension.

I messaged the company to ask if a certain blind would fit my window. When that was confirmed, I ordered the blind. Setting it up was easy and it was amazing fit. I highly recommend them.
