Incredible scents with really thoughtful themes and ingredients. I only wish I was richer so could buy more!

Speedy delivery without damage of a sample of Baklava musk

Bought the discovery pack due to a need for new perfumes and was looking for interesting and unisex scents - the scents were certainly interesting but I felt failed to hit the unisex idea. All of the perfumes were very strong (could be plus for those who like a long-lasting scent) and generally smelt v masculine with common notes of amber and musk. My favourite of the set was forest, closely followed by undergrowth as after they dry down they become much more mellow but this takes a long time (several hours) and at first spray they are still incredibly strong. I would not recommend these perfumes if you have a sensitive sense of smell, but if you like more typically masculine scents and for your perfume to really make an impact, go for them!

Exquisite selection of scents, have had so many compliments, originally ordered for undergrowth but Rook is just sublime! All have that rare to achieve drama from a scent & when I learned further into the Artisans bio it made so much sense that it’s story is the combination of medicine & theatre. I wish all prosperity to this manufacturer & am sharing widely. Thankyou

I have several Rook perfumes now, and every one of them is unique, and nothing like anything else. My favourite remains Amber, with it's unique smoke heavy scent. The two limited edition bottles I have are also wonderful. Baklava is particularly incredible. It has quite a stringent fragrance initially, but it soon settles into a wonderful bitter coffee and warm syrupy baklava aroma.

I bought a sampler pack of the perfumes and thought they were lovely blends, all very different, and my favourite being 'Rook'. I did however find the perfume faded very very fast and for that reason I have not invested in a full size bottle.

Absolutely fantastic scents. I have no idea how they do it but the descriptions match the fragrance perfectly. They also suit my need for quirky, one of a kind perfumes!

Rook perfumes are always intriguing and different, but ordering one of their perfumes is always the same - speedy delivery, well packaged. If there’s any issues or queries, a reply is super quick. I recommend Rook for their perfume…but their service is fabulous too.

I bought the very expensive Metaverse verse 1 fragrance. First, let me say I was very enthusiastic to see someone in the fragrance community actually try to mesh using the metaverse and DAO's to create a fragrance. Very daring and brave, and I commend that. But, in my opinion, this final product was no where close to meeting the standards of what a very exclusive, high dollar fragrance should be. First, the packaging was very lackluster and I assume it was the same quality and design as the cheaper fragrances from this line. Second, for a very exclusive fragrance that is only supposed to be a "1 of 100" and going into this knowing only 100 will be made, why not give each bottle its own individual numbered card to authenticate it? Just something simple like "VOTM1 #64 out of 100". Without this card makes me wonder Rook plans on producing more than 100 bottles as long as there is demand. The scent is subjective so what I say may not jive with what another things, but when I smelled it I immediately said "No way in hell is this a $240 fragrance" or whatever the price was exactly. I know the DAO came up with the scent and I appreciate that, but unfortunately it didn't quite work out this time, again, this is my opinion. In the future I hope Rook continues to pioneer intertwining the unstoppable freight train that is the metaverse with the fragrance world, and maybe some of the suggestions I have made can be presented to the DAO and I have high hopes they will agree with some of the things I have mentioned and will implement those changes in upcoming releases.

I really enjoy Thurible and wish it would last longer

The samples I selected are all some variation of acrid and smoky - would not purchase again.

My first purchase from Rook was the discovery set, which was great value with generous samples allowing you to phave more than one wear of the fragrances. Having found my favourites (Forest and Thurible, with Undergrowth and Amber not far behind), I was more than happy to receive an email with a fantastic discount - meaning that my favourites are now with me! Everything was packaged extremely well and dispatched quickly, and included tracking information with Royal Mail. I couldn't be happier.

I really didn't like any of the scents. All very smokey and earthy not to my preference at all. Too masculine and dark.
