From the first enquiry to the exit date the service was fantastic, it was just so easy. The systems are amazing which leaves you feeling very secure, I am definitely challenged when it comes to technology but I felt very confident after the lovely lady on the desk explaining everything and walking us through the system. If I have storage needs in the future I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you so much for your help

Friendly, helpful staff.
The staff were really friendly and helpful and guided me through the whole experience. They offered me a great space where I can drive right up so this makes loading and unloading super easy. I also love the technology which worked perfectly.

The whole process was super easy! Denise was fantastic taking us on a tour of the facility, she explained everything. The sign up process was so fast and easy. The facility is clean and so easy to access

A nice new clean facility
A nice new clean facility. I do hope the standard will be maintained. Denise was welcoming and helpful. The number of push trolleys could be increased as there can be a shortage at busy times.

Thanks for your feedback on the trolleys. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by their shortage during busy times. We will do an audit to make sure the available trolleys are where they should be (and in the bays) and if not will look into increasing the number of trolleys available to better accommodate peak hours.
If there's anything else we can do to enhance your experience, please don't hesitate to let us know.
Edit - I can confirm that we do have an order in for additional trolleys. Their ETA is at the end of next month / April. - Kath

The office staff are so helpful and friendly that I had no qualms contacting them with even the smallest query.
The facility is very clean and has easy access 24/7 with excellent electronic security - all at a competitive rate.
