Staff have been very helpful and super friendly. The whole process has been simple and quick. Love the efficiency and even the recommendations on good removalists which I needed.

A must for storage
Scott and Denise made the whole process so easy. Great communication, great deal and love how easy it is to access my unit 24/7 via the app. Denise run through the whole process so I understood how to work everything, and the free courtesy van was a great help.
This is an amazing set up and highly recommend Roomia. 5 stars!

Excellent Customer Service
Great service the minute you walk through the door. The lady at the front counter was very helpful and she did an awesome job walking my partner and I through the availability of storage units, to walking us through the storage units and providing a very detailed run down from start to finish.
Love the updated technology and being able to access your storage unit at your fingertips, by using your mobile phone, to access their user-friendly app.
