A great experience
A great experience, I have told loads of people how easy it was and still is. Even going to upstairs storage is not a problem with the lift and trolleys. You know that all your items are safe with great security, and friendly and helpful staff.

I've had to use various different big-name storage companies before in my life, and the staff at Roomia Butler are the most friendly, helpful and very communicative. The premises are amazing and clean and secured with state of the art access, very impressive!

Scott's an excellent manager, but they need to fire the operations manager
Roomia Butler was excellent when I 1st became a customer. The manager Scott went above & beyond to help me. However, they've recently got an operations manager that's way too focused on how often & how long people frequent the facility. Which has resulted in me losing my 24hrs access to the facility because they didn't approve of me taking as long as I have to sort through my belongings at the facility. Unfortunately,I've had a lot of serious medical issues & I'm not as fast as I use to be. Scott's been very understanding of my health issues & the time I needed to sort through my stuff. However, the operations manager had the final say, which has resulted in me needing to change to a different storage facility company to accommodate my needs. I have no issues with Scott he's a really decent man & an excellent manager. Roomia Butler just needs to fire their operations manager, they're way too focused on numbers on a spreadsheet, instead of understanding there's real people behind those numbers.

The service from Denise was excellent with showing us the sized rooms and prices to including the discounts on offer currently. She also gave clear instructions on how to purchase the room and showed me how to access the building and room using the Master Vault Lock app and made it so easy. Highly recommend Roomia. Denise was the most pleasant and helpful assistant. The unit we booked was convenient and very clean and presentable. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing storage. Due to the lovely service offered by Denise and the spotless presentation of the units. There is also a generous discount for the first 3 months of rental. Very happy with their service, 5 stars 🙂❤️
