Hello my name is Carly I've rented a storage room of Vicki at St Marys Roomia, she has been nothing but helpful especially during my cancer treatment journey, 5 star treatment very customer oriented and friendly, very good lady to have running uoir business, thankyou

As my first time attending the St Mary’s property I got lost. I called the office and spoke to Vicki. She came to me and took me where my storage unit. She showed me how to operate the app. without over complicating it. She made me laugh which is what I needed after a stressful day of moving.

The service desk lady ( Vicki ) was very helpful and able to accommodate my needs with a storage unit close to entrance with easy access .
Vicki was also able to overcome several computer glitches also while setting up the account .

vicki was helpful , late Friday afternoon , showed me through the building , looking for a sized lock up to suit me , great pricing for the 3 next months

Thx guys . Facilities at St marys great with easy access to keep my motorcycle . The sign up process was quick and easy and all my queries were answered efficiently by Vicki who was great to deal with . Great service, friendly staff and convenient locations to choose from. Can access when you're free (usually weekends or after work) using a simple intuitive phone app.
Good size and a variety to pick that suits with competitive prices.

New facility, Bluetooth access and most of all, friendly staff upon signing up.

From the start shown around units, friendly staff, explained the entry and exit, help set up the App showed how to access unit did a run through explained where everything was located. great experience so so easy no fumbling for keys to unlock your unit.

We are so happy with our experience with Josh and Vicki, they have made the whole process so effortless.

Awesome staff - streamlined experience.

Everything has been fabulous. The kind people made it all so easy. I was grateful for the follow up calls too, it saved me from calling them. Vicki especially went the extra mile to show me how the app works, and where everything is. It has saved me from the chaos of downsizing.

I received my access code on the day I can use the facility. Since it was a Sunday, my husband and I had to look for our own space but it wasn't that difficult. All doors from gate to rented room is opened by an app we installed. The facility is clean and trolleys are available to transport stuff.
