Quick easy storage,friendly staff
Quick easy storage,friendly staff but my own downer is,
If yr allocated a space number you should receive that space,no one else should be in it,but the day i was to put my van in the allocated space,some other vechicle was in it.
So i used someone elses probably and they are havin a whinge like me about my van being there space.
To fix this problem there should be bollards in yr space to stop this happening.

Incorrect charges for non receipt of registered mail
Everytime I was late I was charged for registered mail which I had never received once and when my account was checked most of the time roomia was unable to confirm unequivocally.

As a first time use of a storage…
As a first time use of a storage service, I found the process to be quite overwhelming at times but thanks to Kim and Carolyn, it turned out to be much smoother than I anticipated.
I made a number of mistakes from multiple enquiries online - Kim was incredibly understanding promptly confirmed the details for me. She encouraged me to check out the unit which I greatly appreciated. When I arrived, Carolyn walked me through the process step by step, making it much easier for me to understand everything. I also encountered couple of hiccups including triggering the alarm and leaving something in the van. Kim and Carolyn were very patient and understanding, recognizing that moving can be a hectic time. I also want to highlight how convenient it was to have the option to rent a van for free - made the whole process even more seamless!

Great experience at Truganina Roomia
We were greeted by Caroline, who was super sweet and friendly. She treated us so kindly and with respect.
The facility is so clean and easy to get around. We have never used Roomia before but will definitely do so in the future!

From the time of my initial inquiry until I moved my possessions in the self storage unit a week later , I dealt with Kim. Kim made the whole experience seamless. She was very knowlegable, extremely patient with questions and was able to provide hints/tips when determining the correct storage unit size. This was my first visit to Roomia
This was my first visit to Roomia. It was the Truganina location in Melbourne. Kim was awesome..explained everything on our little tour. I saw her interacting with other customers and she was patient and understanding. I'll be starting my rental in a couple of weeks.
