Mix up with Delivery
I placed an order with Rootana for 2 packs of meal replacements. After some form of mix up with the courier , I did not receive my parcel and it was returned to the sender. Cathy emailed me and apologized and advised she would resend straightaway and offered a good wil gesture for any inconvenience. I can't rate tye customer service highly enough. I am looking forward to receiving the products which I am told are of the highest quality

This is the best meal replacement
This is the best meal replacement. I love the chocolate it isn't cloying sweet and is very satisfying. Customer service is top notch as well. I sent them a picture of a bag that arrived damaged and they sent another no charge with super fast shipping.

Great meal replacement drink!
Tried Rootana as an alternative to other meal replacements as Rootana doesn't use artifical sweeteners. Was much better than the alternative I had been buying. I've used this for 4 weeks now while I recover from a jaw operation and will continue to keep buying Rootana even once I can chew again. Nice taste and a quick easy way to get calories, protein, vitamins and minerals in. Don't feel hungry after having one of these at all. Very impressed!

Best meal replacement i've tried.Purchased Cacoa flavour and it tastes so good.From ordering to delivery outstanding. Highly recommended.
