So I bought this thinking it would be great like the obviously fake reviews said… The laser light went out way too soon so I contacted them and they don’t exist! They have disappeared and you can’t contact them! Don’t believe their advertising or their fake reviews because they aren’t even there to answer you about a simple question… before the laser light went out before it possibly should have! Just like so many others are saying… it’s fake! I’m furious and now I don’t know which company I can even trust!

I purchased my hair removal a few months back and all seemed fine. During the holidays I was busy and didn’t use it. Tried to use it this week and the green light comes on but no laser light.I tried to email the company support email that the booklet supplied and my email was returned undeliverable. I’ve been scammed.

Doesn't work. They rebranded as 5minskin... When I first purchased I made sure to carefully read their return policy which stated 90 days from delivery, no mention of requiring original labels.

Used the device as directed. Doesn't work going to return. I revisit the return policy and it's changed from 90 to 30 days! How can a company who claims it takes 4 weeks to see results have a strict 30 day return window and now requires original packaging? Well Im miraculously 30 days from date of delivery and submitted my request within the timeframe. I actually work on chargebacks so I know my rights should they try to not return my money.

They are thieves. They sent a product which didn't work, then I sent I back under warranty per their instructions. No one has ever refunded me my money. Now I am out shipping ( I have proof it was delivered) and the cost of their useless machine. I am still working to get my refund but it's been two months of excuses that they're working on it.

DO NOT BUY! Trying to return my unit only to find out their support email doesn’t work. Awful customer service.

Awful service. Reported them as a scam. They took my money, didn't send products. I reported them after trying to contact them with the customer care information they provided, only to have the emails rejected, come to find out the links to contact are all broken. Do not buy them or waste your time. They are a total scam.

Just as everyone else is commenting, this is a scam. I returned my unit and RosaCare has emailed dozens of times they have an influx of emails or their finance system is down etc etc. no refund. Such an unethical company. Do not purchase. Product does t work and they won’t guarantee or refund the product at all.

I ordered two of them for my daughters. They did not work so they told me to return them for a full refund. I sent back the units according to their instructions and they kept leading me along with emails. It has been one year and they NEVER returned my money. Do not buy anything from this company - it is a scam!

Product no good. No response to many attempts to return products. This is a total scam

I never knew there is a product that I could bring anywhere and use it any parts of the body for shaving. I could even bring it while having plane travel. I would definitely recommend this to my colleagues.

I love this product! It really works on any skin type and hair colors. Just so convenient that I no longer need to visit a spa all the time my unwanted hair grows. A must try device!

Do not buy!
Purchased this product, and it does not work. They offered me an extra month to keep trying. Still no luck. Had to return it, at my cost, and then they stopped responding. You have 120 days to dispute a transaction with your bank, so they give the extra time so that you cannot file a complaint and they get away scott free.

Been using it on the highest setting for 8 weeks when results should have been seen after once a week for 12 weeks. Run far far away.

I loved my Rosa Care hair removal, notice I say loved....the light bulb went out about a week after my 90 days. I would happily pay for a new bulb IF someone would return my emails. (repeated emails)
I only used it on my face & underarms - so I guess I should be more concerned that the bulb went out so quickly

It's so hard to always shave and wax your hair, but thanks to this product that removes my hair clean and permanently, and it's very easy to use. It's totally safe, and I didn't get any rashes or red marks. Thanks to Rosacare!

This IPL laser is a game-changer! I'm telling you guys this will solve all your problems when it comes to getting rid of hair! You've gotta try it. Finally hair-free life after a couple of uses haha

I bought the RosaCare thinking it would be great it states it works on fair hair. This was not the case. I return it and sent RosaCare pictures of the return label back in August. I have emailed them multi times and they said the money will be refunded but I still have not seen the money in my account yet. It is now October. The number that is on their website is no longer in service.

I am an Asian man, and I am so happy and pleased to leave a 5star to Rose care IPL, because I have seen amazing result for only 2-3 weeks using the product. Highly recommended!

I recently purchased this IPL laser hair removal and gifted to my wife on her birthday and she totally loved using it.
