Horrible dont buy from them. The product stopped working after only a few uses. This sucks don't buy!

I bought this unit, and it doesn't work (for me, anyway). I returned it well within the 90 day period. I sent them a picture of the package and tracking info. They said a refund had been issued on 3/22. I still haven't seen it. Thank GOD I used Amazon Pay to purchase it, because now I've got them in my corner. I only wish I had read all the reviews and BBB rating for them. You email them, they email you back, and then you try to email them, and it comes back as a bad email (and this is when you're hitting the 'reply'button, not trying to type it yourself).

Order said 2-4 day shipping in the US. It's been weeks and I still haven't received it. Tracking says it's in China. What?! I have emailed and messaged them multiple times. Disputing the charge. Don't waste your time or money. I ordered this based on a review.

Fraudulent company misleading customers who seek 5 star rated "Rosecare". Tried to cancel order hours after purchasing, but request to cancel came back "undeliverable" for both AmazonPay fraud dept. and me. No phone contact listed of course. Took 3 months of effort/documentation to get my $179 back. And after they said they refunded my account they came back and said that there was an "issue" with my account preventing the refund. Credit card verified no "issue" and just credited me while continuing to pursue refund from "Rosacare". Verbage used from them via emails (which were "undeliverable" half the time) indicate foreigners without a good grip on english language or normal business practice. Get "RosEcare" instead of cheap knock off made in China and save yourself the time, money, and hassle.

Like others, I have been caught up inthis scam. Do not buy from these people. I bought through Paypal who are HOPELESS are stopping this sort of thing. No product, no refund nothing. They said I would receive a refund, nothing. Won't email back or communicate in anyway. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

This is a SCAM, DO NOT PURCHASE! The company provides and order number, charges your card immediately then fails to provide tracking number. If you request a tracking number, they provide a bogus U.S. Postal Tracking number or FedEx number. If you look up the tracking number on USPS or FedEx, it states product has shipped or not picked up by carrier.

RosaCare creates a live email account account and if you email for status a person my respond once to stall. The original telephone number worked once, then "Do to high call volumn we are unable to answer your call, please call back later." My credit card reversed the purchase immediately after I provided info and screenshots of my correspondence with RosaCare.

This is a scam - they take your money and deliver nothing and no legit way to contact them with no valid email address. So emails bounce back.

This website is a total scam. They say the delivery time is 2-5 days. After 7 days, I had not received a shipment confirmation, so I requested my order to be cancelled. I got an email back they would try to cancel, but after a few days I still received the shipment confirmation (from CHINA!!). The 'hassle free return' as they call it involves shipping back the parcel at your own cost to the US, meaning that I had to spend 25 dollars on a parcel I received both much too late, from China, after I already cancelled it. Luckily I did get back the money for the device, I was very worried they would leave me high and dry. So buying into this scam ended up costing me 25 bucks and a lot of worries. DONT DO IT!

Btw, the device is cheap China crap and it doesn't even work..

SCAM website!!!! Be aware please This is a scam website to take your money!!!! fake product and it never works! there is no phone number or adress on their website and the email adress on their website does not work no way of returning the item and getting a refund. You’ll get auto generated reply via their email over and over!!!

I ordered the IPL unit on 11/16/2021. The website claims 2 to 5 day express delivery via USPS. I am at day 14, and no unit. Apparently, it comes from China, which is not disclosed anywhere on their site. I contacted them 5 days after ordering because it hadn't shipped out. They responded that it takes 7 to 10 days. Their tracking system is from China, and the unit is supposedly in Jamaica still on day 14. This is a total scam. I reported them to PayPal, and am awaiting their response. I just want my money back at this point.

Received after two weeks. Very easy to use no side effects. Have only used once so not sure how effective this device is. Will update after further use

DODGEY COMPANY DON'T BUY!! Took 3 weeks to come, had to buy a different handset in the meantime (Philips Lumea Advanced get this instead!!) Returned it, they received it on the 4th of October, it is now 18th of October and no refund, glad I went through Paypal because I don't think I would be getting any money back if I didn't. Always go Australian made!!!

I think this is a scam. I ordered the laser hair removal handset over a week ago. I haven't gotten a shipping notification, nor is customer service responding to my emails. There is no phone number on the website to contact the company directly, which is a red flag I wish I had noticed prior to ordering.

Bought a Laser Hair Removal and never received it. They used YunTrack and I had three days off of when it was supposed to be shipped to me and never received it. I contacted them and told me it was on its way after ordering it two weeks prior the website said 2-5 days and then after I contacted them they said 7-10 days and was coming from China. This site is a scam.
