I bought this for my partner as a gift. She loved it! It works great for her. It arrived in 3 business days, just as promised.

Just ordered it last Thursday Oct 20 and I received it today! WOOOOW!! I am amazed of how this IPL works on me! no more pricey clinics haha this will save me a lot of money.

Untrustworthy company - too many red flags. Their handheld IPL device has "verified" reviews that can be found listed as verified reviews for other handheld IPL devices, and multiple reviews for this device use the same pictures. This device also appears on fake beauty review websites that use different URLs and names, but the same text descriptions of IPL devices that simply swap out company names and device pictures. This company's Better Business Bureau profile is also deeply concerning.

Got support saying to use it another month. Next email said to use it more often. Did so. Now I emailed several times without a response. Phone number doesn’t work now either. RIPOFF!!!!!

I just bought the Rosacare device for my gf and she was in love. Package arrive as expected in just 3 days and the overall experience was great.

I bought the Rods are handset and it arrived in ,two weeks. Have only used once so not sure if this device will permanently remove hair yet. Very easy to use and doesn't hurt. Will update after fur

I purchased the Roseacare IPL device. Due to ill health I had to put it aside and left the package unopened. It was passed the 90 days before I was well. I opened the item, plugged it in and nothing. Doesn't work, at all. Please make sure you open immediately you receive you IPL, regardless of ill health. So disappointed and I'm on a pension.

My package arrived on Monday, Sep 5th. It only took a day. I’m in Miami so I guess the shipping location is nearby. Anyways, the packaging looks good, I like the engraved logo on the device. Will start using it soon. So far, I received great service. Will update! Xoxo

Waste of money !!! Will not work even once coming out of the box !!!! Tried contacting, said send video - 😳😳😟, yeah right. When will I learn .

Stopped working
I didn't even get through the first 12 week treatment before my product stopped working.

Complete scam. They are mocking a company called rose skin care. I tried cancelling my order 5 minutes after I finalized the transaction and was told if it hadn't left the warehouse they would cancel. It didn't leave the warehouse for 3 days and they gave me nothing but issues. Once it arrived, I did not open the package and took it to a UPS store to return. Rosacare kept trying to get me to return the package to a house in MO. Do NOT send it there. It is a random residential address. Send it right back to the address it came from. I called the company who rents out that warehouse in TX and they confirmed Rosacare is there and the package will be accepted because they use shippingbob. Unfortunately, You will have to pay for shipping. Keep a record of everything and open a case on paypal. Send them pictures of everything including the package you received (with the shipping label), Tracking slips, emails from the departure tracking to proof of delivery back at the WAREHOUSE ADDRESS. Paypal will help you fight and get your money back but it will take a couple of weeks. Im sorry if you have already purchased and are going through the same issues. Please be patient and good luck to you. I also recommend filing a complaint on FTC to help get their scam website shut down.

After receiving the product, I reached out regarding a return and refund, to which the individuals posing as customer service agreed. I followed all of their steps that were communicated via email. They responded up until they got the item back, then completely disappeared and ignored all subsequent emails, without giving me the full refund or reimbursement for shipping as promised and advertised on their website. I still have all the emails containing their false promises. These scammers need to be tracked and prosecuted for their fraudulent activity.

I bought it for a Christmas gift and she decided to return it. After several emails, we finally got a response giving a return address but no prepaid return label. I sent it UPS and got a confirmation that it was delivered. I have tried multiple times to contact them with no response. I went to my credit card and there is nothing they can do about it.I have never received a credit on my credit card. $179 + postage down the drain!

This device did not work for me. I contacted RosaCare within the "free return" time frame. They extended my free return time for 4 months to use it longer. I still did not see results, so I contacted them. They said I had to return at my own expense, and needed to send it back certified. Once I could send them a picture of the return receipt, they would refund. I have done that 3 times now. I no longer get a response from them, and they have not refunded. They now have their device back, and my money.

SCAM same story as everyone else - doesn’t work. Won’t refund

They WILL NOT REFUND you. Here's the story. I bought RosaCare because I saw it among the devices that were listed as "5 best at-home IPL" tools for 2022, and it was given a good professional review. I ordered it. There were COVID-related delays in shipping, but the company was in touch with me about the delivery so it arrived late but I was able to track it. So far so good. Then I tried it for close to 90 days. No results. At least for me. I followed the manual exactly but it didn't do anything for me. I asked for a refund, since they claim 100% money back guarantee. That's when troubles started. When you get a response from customer service, it's a slightly different email address than the one you are initially writing to. So if you respond, it bounces and says the email is incorrect. Then they told me I have to pay for return shipping. I already started suspecting scam at this point, but the shipping wasn't so bad, and I didn't have further need for this device anyway. I thought I'd risk it and see if they make good on their promise. No, they did not. They told me they will issue a refund as soon as the item arrives. The tracking shows it arrived a few days ago. I don't have a refund yet, and nobody is responding to my inquiries.

Bottom line: DO NOT BUY IT. Save your money and energy.

Do not buy from Rosacare. I have requested them to refund my money because their product does not work, and they do not respond. Total scam. I will continue to write bad review on their project and follow my claim with the better business bureau, but I hope they finally respond to my email and give me my refund.

I wish I would have done a proper research. It is a terrible company and possibly a SCAM. I never received my product neither a refund on money. It’s terrible. Stay away.

Such a scam! I tried to cancel my order when I saw the reviews and realized it had been a week (2-4 day shipping is a lie). They then shipped the order after I reached out. Three weeks later, still haven't received my order and I have reached out through email and their website and the email doesn't exist anymore!!!

DO NOT ORDER. Total scam , I ordered and weeks I still haven’t received. I emailed them and it says the email doesn’t exist, luckily I disputed it with my bank and got my money back. Save your money buy somewhere legit
