No medication received for 2 months. Medication has a specific warning not to be stopped suddenly. I’ve been without for 3 days now and no reply via chat, email or social media. Utterly incompetent.

Not happy with this service
Been going well the last year until recently, where I was charged for a script...2 weeks ago... and the package hasn't even been sent. I have a tracking number. But parcel not moving!! No email or explanation as to why...or even a text to say we are running behind/ lost your order/ forgot or whatever . This would've given me a chance to cancel or ask for a refund or decide what to do...so,
I needed to do my own investigation. Instigated 2 follow up emails ...and I have no reasonable explanation. Still waiting. Not impressed at all

Found it really interesting that prices went up after my first script was released. That was a bit of a shame. Will keep a closer eye on ongoing increases as the affordability will impact my use of the service.

At the start if the process was easy & quick. The doctors review took a little longer than anticipated. The process to sending script to pharmacy & dispatch timing was slow.

From the onset I requested 3mth as 1…
From the onset I requested 3mth as 1 order to save the 10%as I had for my 1st 2orders.Back & forward & 4 messages&no further forward in meantime countless emails saying purchase now& this is after the script was wrong different &much stronger dose.

The time taken to communicate was way to slow
The time taken to communicate was unacceptably long and when the Dr finally got involved they acted inconsistently with previous prescriptions and simply sold me onto a more expensive solution. In order to get the most economical prescription I was forced to get a refund and re-purchase. A completely unprofessional service. Very unsatisfied.
