Excellent service and 2 roses
Kept informed and delivery on time. One rose delivered was damaged in delivery, although initially packed well. Emailed a photograph to Harkness, they looked at it and sent a replacement after confirming the damage. The replacement rose was great, my only concern was with the delivery company and following the instructions on the package, which was more than adequate. No complaints with Harkness the good roses received were great 👍. Will use the company again. My delivery company comments were passed on to them and they assured me they are very careful, but they were not with our first delivery.
Harkness were excellent though.

Does not reply to questions
Sent several questions about roses over that would have been fairly simple to answer for them. No response received. Chased several times.
They clearly don't want new custom, so I'll direct my current order of 3 to 4 roses, and any future orders to David Austin who do reply to simple queries and are very helpful.
