I chose Rough Old glass to make my Aga splash back because they were not only the cheaper of the 2 quotes I got, but they were really helpful when trying to decide on the final design and size. Communication for delivery was great. It looks amazing and I would highly recommend

We were recommended Rough Old Glass by a glass supplier that couldn't supply want we were looking for. We started by looking at the website one Friday evening and a really positive echat session with someone that guided us around the website, products and approximate costs. From there we ordered some samples which were delivered quickly and well packaged. It took us a few months to get to a point where we were ready to order a couple of splashbacks. The whole process from quote to delivery has been flawless, great communications, courteous service inc. their delivery driver, and the splashbacks look superb now that they are fitted.

We have recently renovated our kitchen and specifically wanted a piece of antique mirrored glass behind the Aga. An internet search brought up Rough Old Glass and we requested a sample. It was just what we wanted and a few weeks ago it was installed and it looks amazing. From the initial request for the sample through to fitting the service from Charlotte at ROG has been excellent; always responsive and extremely helpful. We took advantage of the survey and installation service offered by ROG and Phil who did all of that for us was brilliant. I have no hesitation in recommending ROG.

I needed antiqued glass for a large over mantle mirror. They collected the mirror and advised me against my original choice of heavily distressed, i'm so glad i listened to their advice. The frame of the mirror was damaged and i was planning on having it repaired at some point in the future when i got round to finding someone to do it. Rough Old Glass contacted me to mention the damage and asked if i'd like them to repair and restore the mirror. They gave me various quotes for the different types of restoration they could carry and out and even sent me photos to show me what I could expect it to look like.
The mirror arrived back last week and it looks amazing, we couldn't be happier and i would highly recommend them.
