I was given a 3 hour time slot with plenty of notice, then a call from the two delivery men twenty five minutes before they arrived. They had no difficulty finding our house, unlike most. They were polite and efficient and skilled at getting a long sofa around a tight bend. They did not moan, they quickly removed all the packaging, they put together my new sofa very quickly and arranged the cushions on it, checking I was happy before they grabbed the paperwork.

Very happy with the delivery received by the two guys Elvis and Kampton.Very polite and went the extra mile as it was quite awkward to get in.Arrived on time and called 25 minutes prior to arriving.Received text day before advising the time slot.

Excellent communication prior to delivery. When the sofa arrived, it was delivered with great care into our home. The two guys delivering were so pleasant and polite. We could not have asked for better service.

Lawrence and Mike were our delivery drivers and went above and beyond. Honestly can’t thank them enough. Polite, hard-working and with good humour. Amazing service!

This firm has delivered twice to our home. The first delivery had to be aborted when the bought item would not come through our doors! The crew handled this with great good humour as they had to repackage the item.
The scond delivery was excellent: on-time, efficient and friendly.

The delivery arrived within the time slot we were given. The two delivery men were friendly and careful of our property as they brought in the sofa. They plugged in a light behind the sofa for us and demonstrated the pull out bed. A good experience all round.

I ordered two single sofa beds and they were delivered promptly on the day the delivery was arranged for. The two lads who delivered them had driven up from Northampton to Scotland on the day. Delivered the sofas, showed me how to open them up and cleared away all the packing afterwards. Both of them were friendly and helpful and still had a 100 mile journey further North to Inverness. No hesitation at all in recommending this delivery firm

Sam, who manages deliveries was lovely and the guys delivering my chair were great.
They put my items into place for me without having to be asked and were very pleasant.

Excellent efficient delivery. We were kept fully informed throughout of the delivery date and time. We were phoned just prior to the delivery also. The item was delivered on time by the friendly and polite team.

Delivery was perfect. Helpful and friendly guys, no complaints.

My deliver timeslot was between7 and 10. The delivery arrived 45mins late and I was not told of any delay or when the goods would arrive. This was due to the fact that NO CONTACT NUMBER WAS INCLUDED ON THE DELIVER NOTE. Once it arrived the delivery crew were quick, efficient and obliging.

Couldn't ask for a better delivery. Plenty of advanced delivery notice. Delivered on time. Took care of the product. Showed me how to safely open the sofa bed. Were considerate for the property. Would recommend!

Communication up to the date of delivery was excellent. The drivers were friendly, and arrived on time as per their text message.
Had respect for our property and delivery of our furniture was clean, and tidy.
Well done to the two gents, really sorry we did not get their name. The delivery was from Willow & Hall and hopefully this will help to get them some recognition.

We had multiple texts and e-mails to let us know how the delivery would work and timescales. Always kept up to date. The delivery actually came early. They were in the area and came by - so that worked out really well. The two delivery guys were great. Very efficient and careful of the furniture and our house. Very friendly and professional. Got everything unpacked and in position and checked over. Excellent service.

The company contacted me by email and text numerous times 48- 72 hrs before delivery ( and collection🙁) and then 30mins before arrival. Both sets of crew were courteous and professional , advised what they were there to do, and what would happen.They put on shoe protectors, measured and checked several times. I asked they tried even though they had their doubts that the sofa would go upstairs. Alas, the sofa just couldn’t go round the top of the stairs. The company ( Willow& Hall) were informed and arranged a collection. 48hrs later another very tired- looking crew came to collect it, and despite having what looked like a long day ( 3hrs late) they were very polite and professional. The sofa was whisked away, and they organised their van outside, without disturbing us, and left.

Delivery was booked eta beween 1pm and 4pm.
By the time 4.30pm arrived and nothing had arrived, I called the office. I was told they must have been delayed because of traffic and the driver would call me. He eventually called and said he would arrive within 2 hours. He actually arrived 3 hours later. No communication from the office or the driver that wasn't prompted by me. Dreadful. If I had known the delivery time was going to be 7.45pm I need not have hung about all afternoon waiting. It takes little effort to make a phone call and it would have been so helpful. The driver told me he started late, 10.30am so all his deliveries were late. He also told me he should not even be working on that day as he had a morning appointment and that the office made him! He was told by the office to inform all his customers he would be late,but to quote him, he said that was not his job. Take note, good communication to customers is essential!!

Excellent and highly professional company that I would definitely recommend to anyone.
