Quality product
Order came promptly - I was expecting a longer wait judging by some other reviews but the the timescale for delivery was clear on website and bag arrived well within time. Bag itself is gorgeous. Well made, soft leather with a lovely sheen. Very spacious interior. I initially also had an issue with the zip but soon realised that the ends of the zip need to be on the outside of the bag (they came tucked in). There are ‘arrow’ like leather tabs on the end of the zip which allow you to hold the zip taut when opening and closing. I have had no issues since realising this. Customer service is excellent with prompt reply to emails and friendly support and no quibble returns on potentially faulty goods (did not apply however). I absolutely love my bag and I think it was very good value for the product I have received. Highly recommend.

A beautiful high quality and ethical bag
A beautiful, well made bag, quality leather. My only complaint would be slow delivery, but I did order just before Christmas so I am guessing they were possibly closed, some communication to that effect would have been nice. But generally highly recommend.

My Rowdy Bag Purchase.
I purchased and received my Boulder Crossbody Bag. I loved the design and the quality, but I did have an issue with it. I contacted Rowdy Bags by email with photos firstly, then rang and spoke to Rory. He understood my issue, agreed my return for exchange, and i feel he went out of his way to make sure I had a bag I was happy with. He dealt with the exchange promptly. My exchange has arrived and I love it. Thankyou Rory. My dealings with Rory at Rowdy Bags and his customer service was second to none. A very satisfied customer.

Wonderful bag! I love the look of the bag and it so great that it’s really leather because I have always wanted a leather bag. Great space in the bag I can fit all the stuff I need. Would recommend this bag for anyone.

Well, miracles do happen! :) It arrived today and it is absolutely beautiful. The leather is authentic and the craftmanship is superb. My daughter is going to love the amber color too. My experience with Rowdy bags was far from pleasant!
My experience with Rowdy bags was far from pleasant! Initially a bag was delivered that had different straps which hadn’t been updated on the website. At that point customer service was great! I sent it back and a new bag was dispatched…. It never arrived and after 20 odd emails and 3 months I had to get the bank to intervene and do a charge back on my bank card! This would have been my 3rd bag but after this whole experience I would never buy from them again! Appalling customer service who kept extending deadlines for me to wait! I even emailed head office who were far from interested! The bags are lovely but the customer service seriously needs looking at! The whole experience was extremely stressful!

I am very sorry that this situation has caused you stress. We never want a customer to feel this way, and I would like to offer some clarity for anyone reading.
After receiving your returned bag, I arranged a replacement and sent it via Royal Mail Tracked 24, which showed GPS confirmation and a photograph of delivery to your safe place. When you advised that the package had not been received, I offered an immediate second replacement. You preferred a refund instead, which I completely understood. Because your account and Royal Mail’s evidence did not align, I opened a loss investigation on your behalf and followed it closely until Royal Mail issued a no-fault settlement.
I processed your full refund on the same day their decision came through. A chargeback was then raised after I had already processed and confirmed the refund, which placed the matter into a lengthy bank dispute process. We have contested the chargeback, as chargebacks carry penalties for small merchants, and I have provided your card provider with all evidence and a full explanation.
Throughout this process, I responded to every message, made multiple calls to Royal Mail, and did a significant amount of work behind the scenes to reach a fair outcome as quickly as possible.
We are a small business that genuinely cares about our customers, and it is disappointing to see this reflected as a one star experience, as it does not reflect the level of support and effort gone into this matter. I hope this helps others understand the steps we took to make things right.
