My Uthando bum bag is beautiful
My Uthando bum bag is beautiful, soft leather and the colour is just wonderful, purchased for my holiday and I can't wait to wear it.
I had to speak Rowdy Bags regarding delivery and the customer service was outstanding.
I highly recommend, five star all round service.

Wonderful repair
My partner brought me a bag for Christmas in 2024. It is such beautiful leather and a great everyday bag. Unfortunately, the zip became damaged and kept getting stuck. This started to happen about 7 months after I was brought it. I contacted Rowdy and they have repaired it for me at no cost. It is better than new. Thank you for such a great service.

Beautiful bag
Beautiful bag, lovely colour and very soft leather. Excellent quality and delivered quickly. Got mine lined and really love it. Not too heavy for everyday use and big enough for travel. Would definitely recommend.

Just fabulous customer service
Just fabulous customer service. ( And a gorgeous bag). I ordered from the website, and it was slightly smaller than I had hoped for - the biggest cross body. Plus the leather was darker than I had hoped, so all my errors. I sent an email and received a lovely response offering a custom made bag. The replacement was gorgeous and with a totally bargain increase in price (£16!). Rory is lovely. This is a tiny company and Rory is clearly very busy, please don’t expect an immediate response, but you will have a lovely, friendly and customer led service, and a gorgeous product. Highly recommend.

These are just great quality bags
These are just great quality bags! I have several items -4 swings (variety of colours in both sizes), a tote, a crossbody and a small travel/pouch. I use them all - for everyday and travel. The leather has a lovely feel, is hardwearing. Colours are great. And the customer service is really excellent! Thanks, Rory! Brilliant company.
