Please stay away from this company for any cleaning jobs. I used them for an end of tenancy cleaning of my 4 bed house and they have does a very bad job. It’s miles far from being called professionally cleaned. I paid for professionally cleaned carpets but they did not get any equipment for that. When I asked the cleaners about it they said we clean with hot water not with steam. When I confronted the company they said they have cleaned with steam cleaners. I have camera footage of them not getting any steam cleaning equipment but they still disputing. The extractor fan was left with all the grease unclean. There was dust on the stair banisters. The floor was left with mop streaks cleaned with dirty water. The sink was left with debris still in it.

I've used this company in the past for oven cleaning. They seem to have done a good job with the oven on this occasion and that's about it. The "end of tenancy" clean was useless. So many things missed. Now me and my tenants are chasing for a resolution. I've emailed and called throughout the entire day and no answer. Yet when I spoke with them yesterday, the matter has been referred to their "customer services team". They advised my tenants they would send someone to finish the job properly and provide a refund.
However they are now not picking up the phone. So I'm left with a dirty house and my tenants have been ripped off. Unnecessary stress for all. Very disappointing.
Do not use this company.

We booked an end of tenancy clean for a 3 bed with carpet included. Unfortunately, walls weren't cleaned, neither were windows, doors or the inside of cupboards in the kitchen, clear visible marks and cobwebs still around. The furniture wasn't moved in any way to clean behind it (found items and dirt wedged behind still). We tried calling but it took 48hours to get through. We sent an email with pictures and were told they'll pass it to 'customer service team' and get back to us. We haven't heard anything back and have 3 people calling throughout the day, without any success. Do not recommend.

The Technicians were in and out within 30 minutes. They seemed to be in a rush and did not have a professional attitude. They left a lot of water on the floor. They did not remove the stains and left holes in my expensive mattress. Customer services do not reply and I have to keep chasing them up. They seem to be avoiding putting in an insurance claim so I doubt there is one in place. It has been 2.5 months and I am still no where near a solution. I will be reporting this company to trading standards next.

I have used Royal Cleaning in the past and they have been great, sending a team of cleaners etc but last year I paid over £159 for a deep clean of my house and only one person turned up and the level of cleaning was so unsatisfactory I have many many pictures of proof. I called Royal Cleaning and they said the only solution was to get the same person back again. Upon discussion and proof they offered me a refund and despite 5 months of chasing for my refund they keep stalling until they have just stopped responding to me.
Their last message: I would really like to apologize one more time for the delay and inconvenience caused. I will personally keep an eye on the process and will definitely reach your account within the next few days.

Really disappointed.

When they turned up on foot I was worried as they didn't look professional. But once in & started the work. They were very friendly and carried out an excellent job. My oven was spotless. Would recommend.

We used Royal Cleaning services for the first time to clean property before vacating. I was absolutely impressed with team's performance and efforts. They were there on time and worked tirelessly to clean entire property within 4 hrs.

I was able to see their dedication and thrive to keep customer happy.

Got my large corner suite done this morning. Very very good price. Really friendly staff... job done in just 2 hours. Couldn't fault them.

I moved late last year. Royal Cleaning provided a perfect end of tenancy clean service. They left the flat spotless and we got 100% of our deposit back. The cleaners were friendly, punctual and professional. The price of the service was also better than other places I looked at. I particularly appreciate how flexible Royal Cleaning were, as our move date changed several times due to problems with our new flat. Royal Cleaning would have been well within their rights to charge us something for reorganising the clean more than once, but they were kind and generous enough not to, and instead kept working with us to find a new time that worked for everyone. This meant a lot during a stressful move.

Royal Cleaning arrived on time, did exactly what we asked, did not create cleanup needs for us. We are completely satisfied with their service.

I had a really positive experience with Royal cleaning. The cleaner was very professional and polite. She took her time and paid attention to every detail, which left a positive impression on the landlord in my end of the tenancy. I highly recommend this service.

If I could I would give them minus 100 star rating. AVOID this company. They are a disgraceful outfit. Criminals. I would wager that 9 out of 10 of the 5 star reviews are written and uploaded by acquaintances of the owners or some such. Criminally negligent. Criminals posing as cleaners to enter your home and rob you.

I contracted them to do a builders clean. They came and left in 1 hour. Broke my brand new TV and damaged my property. They are disgusting. Shameful behaviour. The cleaners on site agreed they broke the TV and then after they spoke to their "head office" they reversed their story. I was FORCED to pay for the cleaning which they did not do BEFORE they would provide their Public Liability Insurance. I had to pay otherwise I would be out of pocket by £550. They promised to provide their insurance details after I paid.

Their website says they have Public Liability Insurance - they do NOT! They rely on their cleaners (who they sub-contract) to have their own insurance. You will never know they are sub-contracting your contract to a third party.

As soon as I paid they gave me fictitious insurance details and made run around for the past 4 months.

They have accepted no responsibility or accountability and said "you can't prove its us"! THEY WERE THE ONLY PEOPLE ON SITE - WHO ELSE COULD IT HAVE BEEN?? 4 months of chasing them and nothing to show for it.

I am now out of pocket by £750 and they have done nothing to remedy the situation.

Again, Shocking, Deceitful and Criminally negligent

Once again, as in past years, I've had a very positive experience with a Royal Cleaning visit to my home. George did an excellent and thorough job, and he was punctual and polite, as usual. I really recommend this company for steam cleaning jobs.

We booked an end of tenancy cleaning and the initial work was not done as we expected. Unfortunately we had already moved out and had to re-arrange a cleaning, which was done quickly, efficiently and at no extra cost.

The communication with Royal cleaning throughout this process was very professional, quick and dealt with the issues as I would expect it from a professional company.

Cleaners were on time, had all equipment on them and all in all I don't have anything to complain. I would recommend again.

Excellent experience - booking was easy, the cleaner was polite and friendly and attended on time.
