Very cordial chap, arrived on time for a mattress cleaning. Good work but did not fully wipe the excess water from the bed frame, hence the 4 and not 5 stars.

This was a terrible cleaning service - do not use this company! We hired Royal Cleaning for our end of tenancy clean and it was a disaster. They provided one cleaner who arrived very late and did not clean the flat at all. They did not send anyone to re-clean the flat and didn't even give us the partial refund they promised us. This affected our house deposit and we lost £225 due to this company. We were incredibly disappointed with this service and ended up having to pay an additional £300 for a new cleaner to clean the property.

I used Royal Cleaning for an End of Tenancy cleaning few weeks ago. All went well and I got my full deposit back. Royal cleaning was the lower cost among the companies consulted and delivered a good job. It is the 2nd time I used them and I do recommend them. Thanks.

I have had a an excellent experience with Royal cleaning. Everything was so easy! The booking was straightforward, they helped me select the right clean. They offered fantastic price. The quality of the clean was so impressive. My carpet looks like new, as does the sofa!! Really pleased. I’m going out of my way to write a review because they deserve it. Amazing 10/10. Booked for end of tenancy clean. Arrived promptly and cleaned the flat to an incredibly high standard, cleaner than when we moved in or at any time since!

I used royal cleaning to have my oven cleaned at the end of my tenancy The team was very helpful when I contacted them to get a quote and were very quick in replying both via email and phone.
The actual service was done professionally and perfectly satisfied the landlord.

I have a suite of cream settees. I also have two dogs!
I had reached the point where I was having to use throws to hide the condition of the settees. I have never had the settees cleaned professionally and was a bit dubious as to how clean they would turn out. The gentlemen arrived promptly (unfortunately I do not remember his name) , was courteous, efficient and very hardworking. My settees no longer require throws over them. More than happy with the outcome.

The end of tenancy clean was high quality, reasonable value and excellent communication throughout - they were also very helpful when we needed to amend dates and options. Have used their services twice now.

Was booked for a Saturday and was told it had to be rescheduled due to an "accident". So, decided to go for the next day, Sunday, 12pm. Received a text advising that they'll be an hour late. Come 1pm, still nothing. Stayed home for this sole reason, otherwise, we have more important things to do on a Sunday.

Angel arrived finally at around 2pm. He said he had to commute and he wasn't driving at all, so I wonder why I was still asked to provide for parking early in the booking process. Angel did a swell job.

I was quite impressed with the end of tenancy cleaning - it was perfectly done within the time agreed. Communication was also spot on, thank you, Royal cleaning!
