Number one always look up to see what other people say about an online casino before playing I have found this to be very valuable but unfortunately too late. Royal Ace online casino obviously does not like to pay the people that play on their website or if they come back rather. I won't go into too much detail but you tell me if I'm right or wrong here, I had been on the site a few times so it wasn't like I wasn't new and put a good amount of money into playing I went in this was just a couple days ago I didn't think there was any money on it so without even looking I deposited $50 when I went in to play a game it said 80 I thought cool the 30 was from the weekly cash coupon that you get didn't think anything of it played the game all the sudden wow I won a little over $6,000 so cool I keep playing a little bit more and all the sudden without my consent it's like the 6000 disappeared except for $100 and of course I went to chat right away and they said because it was a bonus but aren't bonuses your choice if you choose to redeem them or not? I didn't have that option that $30 was already on there I couldn't say no I don't want it so how is that against a bonus that I didn't have a choice to redeem or not? When I went into the cash out part it said on transactions that I wanted to withdraw that but they reversed it which I never went into cash out anyway they did all that when I talked to them on chat they say that anything over that bonus was null and void I can only cash out a hundred but I didn't even have a choice to do that they did it all right there in front of me I can see where it says the 6000 I tap on it but it does nothing so am I wrong here or what I guess I don't know you take a chance I get it just thought I would vent

I would give this casino even lower score of a one star if it was possible. There are so many Scam loops that even if you want the fair and square, which with any of these casinos, that’s the only way to do it, they would still make up their own rules as time goes so that you don’t win or get your fair winnings. Stay away from this company and casino.

I'm not going to start off by bashing this casino just yet. On the 21st of last month I won $9998 and proceeded to do a cashout Should be no big deal as I've deposited 1000s if dollars into this casino that I've lost.. I've been up a grand or 2 a few times but never cashed it out just played it through a few times trying to win the big bucks. But no such luck and always ended up losing it back. No big deal..I know the risks I've been a gambler most of my life and know you win some you lose some. When I lose I don't complain and say the casino cheated somehow or say it's a computer and they probably have it set to take your money.. I take my losses with a grain of salt and know the next time I play it could be my turn to win. Well finally it was my turn win.. I bought in I think for $49 using a coupon to give me some extra playing money on top of the money I deposited. I know from playing long enough that the extra money they give you to play with is taken off the top if you should happen to cash out.. I also know there is a certain amount of playthrough that you have to do if you use one of their coupons. So I played through the amount I was obligated to play thru. So I go to cash out and since I hadn't cashed out before I knew I'd have to verify my account by verifying my ID and my banking which I did with no problems.. everything was verified. I didn't know up until that point that I would only be allowed to cash out in $2500 increments but ok . if that's the rule that's the rule so I continue to do 3 cash outs of $2500 each and one for $2498. I was told it would take 7-10 days before I'd get cashed out the first one.. so I waited the 7 to 10 days and on the 10th day I asked them where my cashout was and I was told it's 7 to 10 business days sir which meant it was going to be another 4 days if it takes the full "7to10 days" so I wait another 4 days and again message customer service and politely ask where my payout is? To which I'm replied your 14th day fell on a holiday so youve gotta wait until Monday. Monday rolls around and no money.. I again ask where is my first cash out? to which I get a reply that it also takes 7 to 10 business days for them to issue my money.. (umm excuse me? what?? wtf are you talking about? so what what were you guys doing with the first 14 days that I just waited??) So now the customer service person says to me that they are going to now escalate my case ( which I don't know why if they are running a legit company why you would have to escalate anything.. I've owned many businesses and I'm confused on what the runaround is,. you issue the money and it goes into my account simple we can be,. no games just honest transactions just like when I deposit money into your casino.. you have no problems or games when I deposit money. So I thank the person on "escalating" my cash outs in which I'm reassured that my cash outs will be coming soon. So another 7to10 business days (another 14 days). So we're coming up on the tail end of another 14 days of waiting for my 1st cash out. I don't know why I thought it wouldn't possibly take the full 7to10 business days but it's looking that way so far. and since I put in all of my cash outs at once I would hope that they don't try to intend on paying me every 28 days for each payout since they already have way prior knowledge of the pending cashouts.. at most it should only take 7 to 10 days for each one considering they already have the knowledge of each cashout way ahead of the 7 to 10 days.Honetly if my deposits were contingent on the way I was paid out and there deposits were held in a separate account and were not paid to your company for 28 days I don't think you'd be operating this business because that would seem like a rediculous amount of time to wait for deposits into your casino. Anyways I hadn't seen these reviews before depositing and playing money into your casino and I can't honestly say that I would have probably played in your casino had I seen them. Even though I think Alot of these negative reviews are based on the. free plays and the free money offered to people to come play at your casino and Alot of these people don't have the understanding that there is only a set certain amount of money you can win with the free play money and free spins (and usually only after a deposit) and a certain amount of playthrough you have to go through before your allowed to claim a cashout. { all which is understandable because you really only give out the free spins and free money to get people to play your games but some people don't understand that your just baiting them with the free spins and the free money to play with and don't really expect to payout anything with the freebies. That being said my money I deposited was real money that came from my money that I earned. I played through your playthrough requirements and have followed through with everything I needed to do to get my cash outs.So I'm expecting to be paid ASAP!!

If I could rate them 0 stars I would. This casino is a scamming money pit. I won and tried to withdraw and was told I had to make a deposit first. So I did, then I was told I had to verify my identity so I tried and it kept rejecting it. Spoke to a customer service rep and they told me I could not withdraw because I had multiple accounts, which I do not. This was my first time playing on this platform. The rep tells me I don't get my winnings and my Litecoin deposit will be returned to me after I verify my account and if the other account isn't mine then it would be deleted. I say ok because the only account I have is the one I'm playing on now. Went back and tried to verify again and was told I couldn't because I tried to many times already. Tried to go back and speak to customer service again and the casino logs me out. I try to log back in and message I get states that my log in info is invalid (code violet). WTF does that mean? So not only did they keep my winnings but they never returned my deposit and deleted my account so I couldnt go back and verify my identity. They straight up stole my money.

Royal Ace Casino is a scam. I played fairly and won then they stole my winnings saying I used two bonus codes back-to-back. That “rule” was never shown in my account, and I had no warning at all.

How is that fair? If you don’t want players to use two coupons, then say it clearly in the user account or before redeeming — don’t wait until AFTER someone wins to take it all back. This feels shady and dishonest.

Avoid this casino — they’ll find any excuse not to pay you. Terrible experience. I’ve reported them to the BBB and the FTC.

Royal Ace Casino withdrew my withhdrawl because they said I used two bonuses in a row, however when I went to withhdrawl my $997 winnings, it said I had to make a $10 deposit, which I did!!! Then after a week off now getting my winnings deposited into my account I used the chat forum to ask where my withhdrawl was, and the said I never made a deposit before I won my winnjngs, therefore I forfieted my winnings!!!

I'm in talks with them .they had 2 7-10 business day periods to pay me on the second set of business days on the tenth day I wrote them and asked them like * where's my money " and they said depending on the payment provider it could be some time still. I told them it should be quick I'm using bitcoin , it should take a few min . They replied they're talking about the provider they use . Anyhow now I get an email that someone else is attached to my Bitcoin account because I loaned my Bitcoin wallet to a girl because she had no idea how to use crypto . Anyhow none of that should matter because she actually never got the money . And it's not in their terms and conditions . They are using every excuse to prolong this, which is scary because it's only 100 I can't imagine winning some real money with this casino , you'd have to strong arm them to get anything - still not paid in California

First time on there platform I accepted a coupon for free sc. Completed the playthrough requirements and tried to withdraw my winnings and got denied. I was denied my withdrawal because I accepted 2 bonuses without depositing. That is a rule in their fine print but why would their website allow it. It won't allow other bonuses in a row. It allowed it and I won 1500$ and suddenly they won't pay. This place is a scam. It did take about a good month to get my money and i had to stay on them ,but they did come thru and paid me.They do need to make the pay out process as fast as they take our money .Fair is fair..Maybe the next win it will be a faster payout since we already went thru the process once.So all in all ive spent more money playing here and will continue to and i see no reason why you should not give them the benefit of the doubt and play here as well with confidence of getting your winnings..From reading alot of these negative post,and going thru what some of these other people had early on i belive that the majority of the negative reviews are because people dont understand about the play through,and how certain bonuses work when they do their bonus reversals .Before i understood how it all worked i was confused and thought what the hell ,and if you read the details of the bonus you chose you will see they are following the rules and not screwing you out of any winnings.The best thing to do is find a no play through bonus and you will like those terms alot better.last thing i will say is the 2 grand a week withdrawl limit is bullshit too.it should not matter if someone won 10 grand they should be allowed to cash out all at once ..which i found that out the hard way when i used a cupod and was unaware it had a 10 grand max cash out and i had hit a jackpot for over 16 grand which waas at anothe inclave site on here and then was inform only can cash out 2 grand a week ..i was a bit salty as id bee waiting a month to get every 2grand i with draw every week till i was paid in full.to me thats bullshit as well but like i said that was on another site on here..im just informing you about it as all these sites rules are the same .
