Just another scam in the long list of online scammers. Customer service stinks, and like many have said, they just don't want to pay anyone who wins on their site.

This casino talked me into downloading coinbase making a deposit thru coinbase to withdraw my winnings on a tournament then wouldn't send me my winnings the casino scammed me if you ask me

THIS PLACE IS TRASH! Had a "no deposit" sign up chip credit, played through their RIDICULOUS 40x amount, won $30 by the end of it; then it was required to do a minimum DEPOSIT of $10 to withdraw, 'which can be withdrawn with the $30 winnings'.
okay, whatever. Did that and now 4 days after getting through document verification, i request my lil $41, ONLY FOR MY $11 deposit to be sent back!
Meanwhile the $30 winnings says "MANAGER withdraw request". Obviously that was approved. but why TF is ANY manager REQUESTING MYYY MONEY?!?!!!! They ACT like they're SOOO helpful and legit, when they're just a SCAM.

Requested a withdrawal on December 3, 2024. Recieved and email stating that my withdrawal request had been recoeved. I reached out to my VIP host to confirm no further account verification was necessary I. Which the host verified my account was good to go. I recieved a followup email that confirmed my funds were on the way. I waited the 7-10 days according to the terms and conditions and received nothing. I reached out to the VIP host again on December 19th who then stated that my account needed to be verified and that I needed to submit a current bank statement. I provided the bank statement and immediately received a call from the VIP host who stated that my withdrawal was immediately approved, however due to the holidays there may be a delay in payment so I would need to wait the 7-10 day waiting period again. It is now January 23,2025 and still no payment. I have spoken with my assigned VIP host as well as countless other VIP account managers who continue to inform that the payment was issued to the third party payment provider on January 19th and that once the payment is sent to the provider the timeframe for receipt is dependent on the providers limitations and that they were extremely delayed due to a backlog in requested withdrwals. I have been told numerous times that the issue has been escalated to the finance team and to check back in 48-72 hours. Each time I follow-up they assure me that my $2500 withdrawal will be paid and ask me to be patient a little longer. I have recieved a escalation code via emailing the help email provided with a notification stating they will again that it takes up to 72 hours for followup yet still no response. My transaction history shows that a wire transfer was approved and then canceled on December 20th. When I inquired I was informed to ignore it and again assured my withdrawal request had been sent to the payment providers and was still pending payment. I have detailed documentation of downloaded chats, screenshot, and emails but still have yet to be paid. Needless to say this is my third time going through hassle of delayed withdrawals from Royal Ace Casino. Royal Ace needs to honor their terms and conditions and forward payment for funds that were rightfully won.

I wish I would have read the reviews. Deposit 30 and received 135 I asked cs how much could I withdraw. He explained something about I had to spend 2900.00 before I could cash out. I immediately told him to refund my money and delete me off their platform. I never received the refund. They stated it was a discrepancy with my card buy you took my money. This place is a scam and if you win off any free play or bonuses you will not get paid they will take your winnings if you try to withdrawal so make sure if you haven’t made any deposits and if you even do make a deposit they still won’t pay and those winnings will disappear.
