My experience from Royalcraft was superb.
My experience with Royalcraft has been absolutely excellent. Right from calling them to ask for more details about an item that I wanted which was the Wentworth 2 Seater Comfort Bistro Set, placing the order on-line on 27th May 2026 and it then being delivered exactly on time on Saturday 30th May 2026. The 2 delivery guys were very helpful and carried all of the large boxes for my husband, placing them carefully into the back garden. Throughout the whole process, the communication from Royalcraft was excellent as they kept me well informed about my delivery and arranged a suitable time slot for my item to be delivered. The Bistro set itself is of extremely good quality and is good value for money. I would recommend this company to everyone as they are excellent.

We ordered a large furniture set with a firepit coffee table. It arrived promptly, well delivered. Having set it up we are very happy with the quality, look and overall value. There was an issue with one cushion having a slight stitch issue and the customer service was excellent in making this right very quickly.

I put a chair together brought from a big DIY chain. My mum sat on it however one slat had a knot in it which gave away straight away .
Upon emailing this firm directly I was dealt with effectively and their customer service is brilliant .
My mother recieved a new part with weeks .
Cannot fault this company at all well done

Great selection of garden furniture and the online ordering process was very straightforward. Delivery was within a few days and the lads could not have been nicer. Very pleased with my new furniture - the buying experience was first class.

I made an enquiry if they would sell me a set of replacement cushions for my Royalcraft high back Bistro set.
I had a lovely email back say they would check stock.
All was good with stock levels, forwarded my details, received a pro-forma invoice which I paid.
Within three days my new cushions arrived.

Will definitely buy again from Royal
The web site was very easy to use and i think well thought through.
Was able to bring down choice to a couple, but really we had fallen in for the eden night chair and round teak table, we have always liked that and the leg configuration.
Delivery date was very well communicated, and well delivered.
Extremely well packaged.
The furniture not made in China fir a change, is lovely, the quality of the teak wood is excellent.
The seats are so comfortable, yes we are using a back cushion. But I can see many night spent at this table with friends.
Assembly is a piece of cake, good instructions and good information on taking care of the furniture, so i will be buying some teak oil.
Oh i haven’t mentioned the price, I have not seen anything of this quality in the high street for under £1,400 or online for £1,100.
So for £899 we are so happy

Great products, super quick delivery and easy to assemble
Purchased 2 items from Royalcraft, a 645L garden storage box and a delux firepit dining set. Both items were delivered very quickly, I purchased one item via M&S and the other from Royalcraft website, both items were delivered together which was great. I will warn you that the items that were delivered are very large and a couple of them, namely the 2 seater and corner sofas would not fit through the front door, these had to go straight into the garden this was not an issue for myself. The items came with full instructions and assembly of the storage box was easy, it did take 2 people, the sofa didn’t really take any putting together as such and the table only required some assembly, again great instructions and easy to do. The products are excellent and look to be of very good quality, we have only had the items for about a month but so far so good. I did have an issue with a scratch on a piece of glass on the table and customer services dealt with this matter very promptly and a replacement piece was issued to me. I would like to add that while I was looking for items there are regular offers on the Royalcraft website so if you are looking to purchase an item and are in no rush maybe wait to see if you can get one of these offers.
