Very quick delivery and great furniture

Very quick delivery and good communication on delivery time. Furniture is lovely and very solid
Only suggestion would be to offer an installation and removal of packaging as it took all day to put together and we now have a car full of cardboard

Order processed well

Order processed well, delivery was good but on opening the box both of the patio chairs were damaged.

Roma 4 seater rope dining set outdoors

We bought this same product via Wayfair but still royalcraft as badge on chair. I was very disappointed to discover we had to treat this brand new furniture before use when it clearly says on item specifications that it is treated. It came with several, bottles of nail polish type oil with a small brush to treat the whole wood on this product and when you think it costs over a thousand pounds I was very very disappointed. My husband put it together when I was at work and broke up the boxes
otherwise it would have been sent right back. The quality is nice but to treat it on receipt of it…..really

The care requirements for this particular set are outlined within the assembly instructions provided with the product. As the furniture features a PU-coated finish, this offers added protection however it does require occasional top-ups and treating with a hardwood furniture oil once or twice a year (typically spring and autumn).

Great delivery time and a fair price but a little dissapointed.

Great delivery time and a fair price.
This is the second purchase of a Royalcraft parasol which was made based on previous quality and service, however the quality isn't as good and im dissapointed with there not being a securing clip on the main arm, there was on the previous product, is this a manufacturing fault or a design oversight...either way it's dissapointing!!
I will be more discerning with my next purchase.

Great customer care.

Purchased garden furniture early summer, had some concerns about how it had shown signs of weathering during the summer, when I informed the Royal craft care team they could not have dealt with it any better. I believe Tia and Lib (apologies if spelling of names is incorrect) handled my issue and resolved it quickly and efficiently to my total satisfaction. As a result would have no problems re-ordering again, many thanks.
