The delivery went very smoothly and quickly and we are really pleased with the product. My wife at first straight away loved the chairs but was a bit bothered about the table top being too bright but she has been won over and loves it now after she put a small piece of pottery at its centre.

We've recently taken delivery of the Roma lounge set, matching sun loungers and bistro set. I'm delighted with the furniture, it's beautifully made and looks amazing in our garden. I love that there is such a variety of furniture in the Roma collection. Highly recommend !

I ordered the Napoli Companion Set, which arrived on time and was easy to assemble. However, there was small damage to one of the backrest panels, which was disappointing. Also, some parts of the wood were not sanded down as well as on the two previous pieces of furniture I purchased - it is rough to the touch.

Excellent product, delivered promptly

Although we had some issues the staff were excellent at assisting in solving the problem. I found emails, as they always are, can be misconstrued but I phoned each time and can't fault the service I received.

Product was lovely just not to my taste but an absolutely awful company to deal with if you need to return. To arrange a collection took 3 phone calls multiple emails and texts. Payment for collection also challenging felt like I was the customer service team. It took 20 DAYS FOR A REFUND from collection. For context that’s 17 wokring days. I would never order from them again.

I requested some spare parts for my furniture. The service was exemplary! Fast, efficient and courteous. I would recommend this retailer

Cannot believe that you spend thousands of pounds on a patio set, and Royalcraft have stopped selling covers for them, told by customer services to try to get one online.
Purchased one before from Royalcraft, and it fits like a glove, impossible to find the same fit online

Well constructed quality product, quick delivery.

Rattan affect patio set looks great on arrival however the plastic has sagged in the centre due to the sunny weather. Hopefully it will return when cools down. Other than that very happy . Service was excellent missing a cushion and they sent a replacement in couple of days. Thanks Georgina.

I've had Royal Craft wicker garden furniture for many years and it's brilliant quality.
Ordering was effortless online and delivery was very quick. The delivery men were very friendly and arrived when expected.
Overall another great experience from Royalcraft.

Easy to assemble . Good quality and value for money

We recently purchased a wentworth table and six chairs upon delivery the table was damaged,the back up service from the company and Georgina libra was exemplary,the speed in which the table was replaced was amazing other company’s should take a leaf out of there book to royal craft the customer is king ,I would highly recommend them

Terrible service
Half my order did not arrive even though I’ve paid in full, have phoned constantly but on one seems to want to help, just getting palmed off with we will look into it and then I don’t hear anything back. Very frustrating and feel like I’ve waisted my money and been ripped off!!!

This is a review of a Royalcraft Padstowe 2 seater bistro set.
I recently bought this set mostly for the table as existing blue metal chairs were still in good condition.
When you fold the bistro chairs it is really hard to avoid trapping your fingers. There was a warning in the box but the design is awful. Also carrying them folded is hard as the metal slats are so angular.
The table is fine but the chairs are going straight into metal recycling rubbish.

Excellent delivery service with regular communication and updates. The product was a good price, well-packaged and of good quality.

Won't be opening the boxes/constructing for another couple of months but hoping will be easy to construct & good quality 🙏
