No sign of the product that I have ordered and paid for long ago. No answer on my e-mails or messages. It is obvious that the positive reviews here on TP are fake. Don't go there!

Took 3 months for delivery. When i finally received my product, it looked like a kid made it with photoshop.

I though this would be a great gift for my daughters birthday. They advertise that it can take anywhere from 2-5 weeks to get it done so I ordered my portrait on August 1st which was 6 weeks before my daughters birthday. 3-4 weeks after I ordered it, I contacted them to see if it was close to being done. They reaffirmed that it would be done within the 5 week timeline at the latest. They didn’t finish it in time. They missed her birthday, they missed the entire month. After 2 and a half months of waiting, I contacted their “support” and asked for my money back and informed them that it was two and a half months late. NO RESPONSE. Two days after I asked for my money back, they sent me a digital copy...

The “edit” they sent had just been copy and pasted hastily, very obviously. There is no editing done to make it look like she was painted, it looks like someone used microsoft 98’ and cut, copy and pasted her face on without even adjusting the head size to the body. The artwork I received, that I specifically asked them not to send since the gift was already 2.5 months late, looks nothing like the examples of the their work advertised. I asked them not to send the artwork and to refund me 3 times now, they have never responded. After nearly 3 months of dealing with this, I am just accepting the fact that this company ruined this birthday gift and STOLE my money.

I thought this would be a great gift but the product looks nothing like the examples they advertise, they missed the birthday by more than a month, and they then stole my money. I WOULD NOT, I REPEAT, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY OR PRODUCT TO ANYONE. If I could, I would give them negative reviews. I would have been better off to take the money I spent on this and thrown that money in the garbage. I still have yet to receive my refund or the painting I ordered 3 months ago.

3 months and no sign of a picture. Funny to see that 99% of all positive reviews on here are from people from the Philippines and happen around the same day so obviously paid to say good things

Except for automated emails
Then I found all these one star reviews
I am beginning to think I was scammed
If they do not contact me in next day or two I will work with my credit card to get my money back

Worth the wait! Gave it as a gift to my girlfriend "Best birthday gift ever!" (That's what she said) It's hanging in our living room. Hilarious!!! =)

I just received my portrait and I love it! I ordered three one for myself and 2 others for my mom and my boyfriend and they both loved the gifts I sent them! I will definitely order again!
