Absolute scam it’s now overdue by 4 weeks on top of the 5 week wait. They don’t respond to your contact and delete your comments off social media. You can tell the 5* reviews on here are paid for as well.

I placed an order the 20th of October and haven't heard any explanation to why my painting haven't even been shipped yet. If the order at least was shipped I could understand why snailmail would take time. But it haven’t even left their building.

Of course everything is hard now with covid-19, but this amount of waiting is beyond bad. The kind service from their staff was exceptional! However a partial refund is not enough when the intented gift both missed a birthday AND Christmas…

I don’t know if it is a scam or if they’re having severe administrative problems… either way, there are other sites that provide the same service.
Perhaps you should turn there instead of Royalportraits.

This is a scam - they don't send you a confirmation of a receipt. You get no way to track your package. Never shows up. Working with my credit card company to dispute.

Impossible to contact them except the email address they give you on their website. Their answer is an automated email telling you to be patient!!! After a month of ordering, I’m definitely running out of patience ! No order number, no contact, no follow up, nothing.... Does someone manage to find a contact PHONE NUMBER for them? Thanks to share... Or my next call will be my bank to open a dispute with royal portraits and be reimbursed !

Total scam. Do not use under any circumstances. Took my money, never sent anything and never reply to emails.

SCAM! Ordered 4 months ago and received nothing, just a run around from them.

I reported them to the Federal Trade Commission, the Better Business Bureau, and tried to report on FB but they don't seem to care. I hope that if enough people report them to FTC and BB they will be investigated.

Also Royal Portraits deletes all of the negative reviews and then blocks you.

I also got scammed. They had ads all over Instagram, so I assumed it was legit. I placed and order and all was well, but then it never came.

Has anyone else noticed all the fake bots giving these scammers five star ratings? You know there's a problem when a company gets all 1 stars or all 5 stars. I hope they get busted big time.

I also wish I could leave a negative star. I am a pensioner and ordered one 9 x 12 canvas as a Christmas present, and two cards as Christmas presents, all with my friends pets starring in the art! £60 spent! I have contacted them several times about the three orders, asking about the delivery because Christmas was soon.. now Christmas is tomorrow, and no sign of the three orders. All I got each time I contacted them was a generic automated email. But to my surprise last week I actually got an email from a real person from customer support. It was about one of the orders, saying it’s being developed, and they said they will look out for the other two. I will let you know when/if they arrive. All 3 were ordered Nov 28.

This is a scam - pure and simple. These guys took more than $300 off me, with expedited delivery back in October.. Will not refund or reply to their customer service emails - or on messenger- shocking. Total 100% scam - do not order here! Lots of similar websites, but all the same people - Crown & Paw, Custom Royal Portraits etc - all a scam. Nothing delivered, refuse to provide delivery timeframes, won’t advise on a refund - took the money, but nothing! Shocking - these sites need closing down. Illegal, criminal behaviour.

Scam, it’s been three months since my order and credit charge and NOTHING! I’ve written to them and it’s always “we’re busy” yet they deluge me with promotions by email every day.

Seems like a Scam to me.
Ordered a digital file and after a week I asked them when I can expect delivery- got a standardized reply from Customer Service. Couple of days later another enquiry and same standardized answer. After my third Email about the status of delivery, they went silent - haven’t heard from them ever since.
Guess that’s something to write off.
Anyway, hands off this website would me my recommendation.
