Unbeliveable bad service

Unbeliveable bad service! I ordered 2 portraits, uploaded the pictures and waited. After 3 weeks I haven't heard anything, so I emailed them and asked how everything was going. Waited 2 weeks for a reply, saying that they couldnt make the order duw to quality. Even though the pictures uploaded met every requirement. Asked for a refund and waited another 2 weeks and got a reply which said that they would transfer me to their refund department. Two more weeks later I finally got yet another reply, saying that they could not provide a refund sue to that they had already started working on the portraits. In other words.. As soon as you send your order, then a refund apparently isnt possible. Basically it's been almost three months and I havent got neither portraits or money from them.
So please do not order anything from this site.

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever. I ordered a portrait at the beginning of October as a birthday present. Birthday came and went and still no portrait. Then I thought why not give it for Christmas? Well here we are a week before Christmas and still no portrait. I cannot reach anybody. My emails are never answered. I have no tracking information. I am pretty sure I just flushed $50 down the drain. I will never use them again and do not recommend them to anyone.

While I feel for everyone else's horrible experiences I DO feel a sense of peace that I am not alone. I couldn't find any other negative reviews until I dug deep! My order was placed Nov 2. Since that time I have reached out via email over a dozen times, spoke SEVERAL TIMES with live employees on their website CHAT and REPEATEDLY expressed my frustration on their social media. Like everyone else I have received DOZENS of the "Thank you for your patience...." email responses. If a class action lawsuit was filed I would GLADLY be on board!

Quick to take your money, but waited 4 months and have not received my product

I ordered a 12x16 Queen portrait and matching pillow on 08/12/20. In the beginning I rec'd auto generated emails which indicated they were working on the portrait, etc. As of this writing (12/18/20) I have not received anything! I attempted to reach out to the company several times and for a short period, I received about 4 responses from someone by the name Elaine which gave me hope. Unfortunately, I haven't received anything. Last night I sent an email to the company to advise them that I wanted to cancel my order and requested a full refund. No surprise, no response. I'm so upset!!! I'll be filing a complaint with the BBB. I would score this company as a zero (0) but there isn't an option so I gave them a one (1) rating.

Never received my order SCAM!

Never received my order. Customer service is a joke! Only automated email responses saying they're too busy. And chat is just laughable. Took them over 40 minutes to find my order and never got any real answers. I reached out again to try to cancel my order but they just ignored me and didn't respond. I spent alot of money and wanted portraits of my whole family and never received anything, that's stealing! SCAM! such BS

I ordered my portrait early November

I ordered my portrait early November, I was sent an email saying the photos sent over were blurry and could I send more over, since then I have chased and chased regarding my portrait only getting a generic email reply, after reading some of these reviews I will be contacting the Credit Card company I used to pay for this portrait and hopefully get my money back.
"Very disappointed with this so called company, what a scam"...

SCAM

Scam,please contact ur bank who can put in a merchant dispute,I stupidly paid by debit card I thought I had no chance of getting my money back but I did. Please do not buy from Royal portraits dirty scummy scammers

Just like other people

Just like other people, I ordered in November and since then I heard nothing back after following up multiple times. Yet I do get an email ad a day. I think this is either a scam, or I will get a terrible product mid next year.

Ignorant company

Ignorant company, will not provide tracking information or proof of delivery. Ordered on the 3rd Nov 2020 still nothing has arrived which is over the 5 weeks they quoted.
I'm more annoyed at the lack of communication as it's totally unprofressional.

DO NOT USE - POTENTIAL SCAM

Absolutely awful service! Would not recommend to anyone. As can be seen by the countless reviews here, they seem to take your money then don't keep you in the loop about your purchase or send it out! I bought something on 14/10 for a friend's birthday which was on 9/11 but it still hasn't arrived! I emailed them at least 5 times requesting for an update but all I was met with were automated emails and 1 email from a customer service rep saying they'll update me with tracking info (never did btw). I spoke to 2 people on live chat, who were also unhelpful,and 1 of them left the chat without saying anything!! If they are affected by COVID then it's understandable but make it clear on the website or let your customers know that shipping is delayed. Instead their communication skills are poor and they leave customers in the complete dark about their orders. I raised a dispute with my bank and they've resolved it by refunding the money. I looked up their address, which states it is in Delaware, and there is an article from 3 years ago saying that the address was looked into for fraudulent and money laundering schemes. Their address is 8 The Green Dover, DE 19901, google it and you can find the article yourself, it does not let me post the link here. I'm not saying that this article is about royal portraits but i'm simply relaying what i've found. You can make your own conclusions!

Will definitely not be using royal portraits again!!

Took my money and ran

Took my money 30/10. Advised delivery 3-5 weeks. Have sent multiple emails following up but have only received one reply and it was basically to say they are busy and have no idea when my product will be sent. Stacks of unhappy people on social media. Scammers. Run far, far away from this company.
