IT IS A SCAM!!! Ordered over a month ago and haven't received the portraits. Just reported the company to the FTC and now hoping to get a refund from my bank!

Damnit...... can’t believe I fell for this bs. Ordered in November and never heard a thing back except the marketing emails. So disappointed. Glad I could make some piece of sh** rich... hope these ppl get caught and go to jail.. F*ckin scammers... ughhhh

Never received my order. Website no longer exists and their "new" company refuses to acknowledge the old order numbers.

I ordered from them in Novemeber for my sons funeral paid for expedited service and shipping it was to arrive in time for the service by Dec 3-5th and I STILL HAVE NOTHING. HAVE CANCELLED THE ORDER THEY HAVE IGNORED ALL MY EMAILS SINCE NOVEMBER. ***SCAM****DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM THE WORST DESPICABLE SERVICE. I ordered a portrait for my mom as a Christmas gift, over a month later I have received no tracking or order update. When I went to the site to look for a contact info, the website was missing. I'm still getting their marketing emails, so i reached out on Socials. They're deleting my comments and won't accept any messages. I've already disputed the transaction with my card.

I ordered my "portrait" from Royal Portraits on August 14, 2020. I emailed them numerous times in September someone named Elaine replied that my order would ship soon... then nothing. Emailed customer service again in Oct., Nov. & Dec. with no reply other than someone will follow up - but they never did. Also in Nov., got someone on the on-line customer service chat option, said my order would ship soon. Nothing yet or more likely ever. Customer service is really nonexistent. Royal Portraits' had a novel idea, but never produced any product - to me anyhow.

Like everyone else. I ordered early and still nothing , 2 months later. In this day and age , with all the problems around the world , having a company with such low standards is a real kick in the guts . Royal Portraits , hang your head in shame because we cannot hang the pictures .

Absolute scam!! Order on 31st October for a Christmas gift and have heard nothing. Have emailed numerous times, none of which have been replied to! Don't waste your.money on this company.

I also have fallen into the fraudulent trap that so many of you describe. I’ve had some contact from them via Facebook messenger but I may as well not have as I still have no order. I’ve reported them to Facebook and Instagram along with the American version of trading standards but I feel this is probably only to make me feel better about wasting £100 as I’m sure it will achieve nothing. How smug I was ordering a Christmas present in October.....must remember to buy internet purchases with a credit card versus a debit. Onwards.

Ordered 2 portraits 30/10 have received one email requesting a better picture which I sent quickly. Since then it’s been radio silence. I felt fairly confident purchasing since I had ordered before and got an awesome product. Now here I am 2+ months later and I’ve got nothing. Plus the website is no longer working so 🤷🏼‍♀️

In the same boat as everyone else on here. Orders one on the 16th October and had one response with a picture of the potential portrait. That’s it. Missed my friends birthday and now Christmas too. Avoid at all costs. They advertise but cannot fulfill the orders they currently have. Have asked for a refund but probably won’t hear anything back from them. I understand that we are all in difficult times at the moment but the customer service is non-existent. Lost count of how many emails/Facebook message I have sent them and nothing

Would give it no star if I could. I am so disgusted by this company. £90 down the drain. No response from them or shipment confirmation. Been 2 months and took money straight away. DO NOT BUY

Worst customer service ever! I ordered a portrait for my 96 year old mother in early October. I have contacted them over and over and over via "chat" and they promised me that she would have it "far before Christmas." It's now less than 4 business days until Christmas and I haven't even received a shipping notice. NOTE TO MANAGEMENT: IF YOU CAN'T FULFILL YOUR EXISTING ORDERS, QUIT ADVERTISING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Total waste of money and time! I ordered a “portrait” 3 months ago for my husbands birthday, AND GOT SQUAT!!! I have received PLENTY of emails with all their “DEALS FOR THE HOLIDAYS!” And a “preview” of the portrait at least 5 times, stating “Your portrait is ready to ship, we will have a tracking number to you shortly.” That was 2 months ago, 2 weeks ago, and then 2 days ago... Joke of the year, folks! I was super stoked about a unique gift for him, but clearly I have been duped. Don’t believe the hype and crafty marketing- this site is not legit.
