I can't give them a Zero Star because that is what they deserve. I ordered one for my husband for Christmas using the HALLOWEEN code back in October, in November they were responding to me stating the "artist" was working on it. Now there is no website! Scam, do not order from this site.

Dont buy anything there. This a scam. You will never get your product. I ordered in beginning of october and still only get no feedback. Im talking it up with my credit card company as they dont answer me back

It is unfortunate that I can't leave them zero stars. Placed on order on 11/8/20 for a 12/1/20 party. No response. I e-mailed them on 11/24/20 asking for a status. They did not get back to me. I disputed the charge on Pay Pal. Royal Portraits did not get back to them so my card received a credit. I finally get a response from "Griz" on 12/21/20 telling me too bad, I'm past the cancellation window. LOL. Fortunately, I paid thru PayPal and got a full refund. I told him not to send it because I no longer wanted/needed it. Wish I'd read all of these reviews before I ordered. What a scam!

Pieces of trash!!!!!! ordered it 3 months ago and nothing. It was for my husbands bday. Website looks legit. But its a fraud. Why is this website not shutdown they've scammed so many people.

Total ripoff!! Tried to give my best friends portraits with their faces back in early November and they ripped me the **** off!! Glad I contacted my prepaid card account and they'll get me my money back soon.

Lost confidence in buying art online after being scammed by this company. I ordered in November for a friend as a gift. Told me production time is 2 to 5 weeks. Obviously, this gives them enogh time so I can't cancel my transaction.

This is a scam. Its real coincidental that the only positive reviews for this bs on all platforms are the same 4 people. Scum Bag thieves delete all negative comments on all social media I hope these good for nothing waste of lifes get convicted. $80 spent and I'll make sure no one that knows me makes the same mistake.

I ordered a portrait on 11/05/2020. I have not received a portrait nor a message stating what was happening. I guess that's $100 shot in the butt.

This company is a scam. Took money from innocent people including myself so I took matters into my own hands. Their website is now down. I recommend contacting your bank ASAP. Complain to support at Shopify . Com where their site is hosted and report them via Facebook and Instagram. They have clearly made a load of money ripping people off but they need to be caught and jailed. Don’t let them get away with it.

Got Scammed. Now I have no Christmas Gift for my father now. Whoever runs this company is a real piece of garbage. If I get my item I will take the this down. As of right now it’s been a month and no response from the company and they took their website down. Really really disappointed. I disputed the charge with my credit card company.
