Ordered 2 pictures on november 2020, thought Ill get em for christmas. Now 10 weeks later, nothing..

Ordered portrait on 14/12/2020 it’s now February and I have received nothing I even paid for the express queue jump option to speed up delivery.
I emailed to get an update and there is just an automated response saying they are really busy. Their website is under maintenance and their Instagram doesn’t allow you to send them a direct message. Dreadful.

This is a scam. Ordered at the beginning of December 2020. Still nothing. Their website doesn't even work anymore. No way to contact them.

Scam, ordered in November, no product or $ back

Ordered on the 4th November 2020 for a christmas present. 30th January 2021 and still nothing. Contacted them numerous times, all with the promise that the order is on it's way. Definitely won't buy from again. Very disappointed.

I am the same as many others it seems from early Nov and still no reply sadly picked the wrong one out of 2 options. Scammed and that was it..

Ordered in August of 2020 and I’m still waiting. Sadly coming to the realization that these guys are some scammers. At first they responded, giving bs excuses but now they won’t even respond to me.

A total scam!!! Five months and no portrait! Excuses galore about shipping problems. I got an email with an image of the finished portrait and that's all!! I'm just another mark!

This is a scam. Never received the product, got numerous e-mails saying it was almost ready to ship. That was months ago. Contacted the company via e-mail and chat. The chat said they would look into it and e-mail me. The e-mail was just a transcription of the chat, which likely was a bot. E-mails would just say they are experiencing a high volume. Totally unethical, complete scam.

This company is a scam, just a bounce of losers that couldn't build nothing so they scam other people

I ordered 2 prints in November for Christmas and I never got them, they since stopped replying and at one point deleted the website. I see they've resurfaced stating they've had issues with high demand, covid etc. IT IS A SCAM!

I also just found out they launched as .co.uk website previously, and were caught for scamming so they've now gone to .com

Please don't trust this company!!!

I would give it MINUS zero stars! I got this as a Christmas gift for my son and it never came! I got an update email right before Christmas saying it was on its way and it never arrived! Why are businesses like this allowed to exist??? The company is now gone and apparently renamed Masterpiece Me so they can continue scamming people! They should not be allowed to advertise on social media sites like Facebook which enables their scam on a worldwide level!

Took my money and never sent the product. Buyers BEWARE!!

I ordered two prints in October 2020. I understood that there would be a delay with orders due to the slow mail service. I kept writing to them asking for the update on progress and they kept writing back saying thank you for your patience - nothing else. Now it's January and I just found out it's a scam. I will report to my bank and hope I can get reimbursed.

Wish I read these reviews before purchasing. Ordered in October and still not received. Sent several emails and they never replied. They replied once I threatened them with legal action but they gave some rubbish excuse saying it’s on the way and they can’t give me a refund. Jokes on you, I paid with Amex and they refunded me the same day. SCAM!!!
