Ordered a portrait before Halloween, cost me 75 euros....Still hasn't arrived like so many others out there...I feel so sorry for people who ordered items over 100 dollars..these guys are pure scum taking advantage of people who were buying gifts for their loved ones...I learned my lesson..if its too good to be true, then it normally is too good to be true!

TOTAL SCAM!!! If I could give zero stars, I would. My sister and I ordered a portrait in October 2020 and didn't hear from them for several months. We reached out on Facebook, Instagram, and through email about 15 times before anybody EVER responded. They sent a preview and promised it would be sent within a week, but now it's almost March and we still haven't heard back. I tried reaching out on Instagram again, and I got blocked. We finally went through our bank and got a refund, but the company is a total scam. Please don't buy anything!!!

The same for me as for lots of others.
Ordered in November, no arrival until today.
Wrote already several mails, all the returning mails contain the same feedback: we are working on it.
For 4 months now...
Still hoping, but not really believing.

I ordered and paid for 2 portraits in Nov and never got them. Like everyone else who emailed them I get a response saying they are busy and will get back to me. ALL FAKE. Will be reporting them and am really hoping I get some money back!!!

Absolute fraud of a company. Ordered a portrait in November for Xmas. Never got it and when I email them I just get an auto message back. This company is a scam. I reported them to fraud through my card provider and will be seeking full compensation back. They have a site back up and running. Their phone number is literally 123 456 789 lol such a joke. 100% scam. Do not buy from them!

Pathetic. Wasted $70 on a company that is non-responsive and does not provide what you paid for. DON'T DO IT!!! I've emailed them 5x with no response. STAY AWAY!

Never received order. No communication at all and now conveniently their website is down. Complete scam. Vile scumbags

I bought something in December 2020. I disputed the case and they had the audacity to try and decline it, even providing Instagram shot of our convo. They only replied to try and make it seem like they are keeping us updated. No tracking info, no website, no real progress.... I know one thing they are good at though, deleting comments like its their job. This company is cancelled. Please file a case, I won mine Feb 14.

Ordered 4 months ago. After a while from ordering, been asked to send another as too 'blurry' like many people have experienced. Preview is just a face pasted onto royal portrait. Preview prior to delivery, never received it.

How is this website allowed to operate if they are just ripping people off??

Ordered one in November 2020. Kept getting emails like "our experts are working on your portrait" or "shipping information will follow soon".
The picture I provided was not good enough so I sent another one. After that I got no repsonse. The website went dark and this Jose, that sent me the email, did never respond to any of my emails.
Fortunately, I used Amex so after I filed a complaint I got my money back in a day.

What a bad company. So many people cheated. We shall not, most probably get any compensation. In my opinion Facebook is also to be blamed.

If you order anything from here, the only thing you are going to get is regret and anger. They tell you that the order is on the way, another time they tell you that they have a new shipping company and the order is on the way, when you get to see how the end result is (from an email), the face is literally just pasted on top of the picture and no effort was made to make this look trustworthy. And they will let you know that they will fix this, (then you start thinking, "they sent this 5 months ago, how can they fix that?") Aka they have not done anything.
I have sent them over 10 emails. Gotten answer on 6 of them. Telling me that they have a new ticket system and that they have a lot of people contacting them. And tried chatting with them on both Facebook and their site. Still the same answers. "The order is on the way, but we have no way to track the order as the shipping company has this now."

On short:
This is scam.
You will just lose your money.
You will receive nothing but anger and regret and feel stupid for thinking this is actually real.

Bye-bye 100 Euros..
Tried asking for refund. After 3 new emails still nothing.
Going to contact my bank to see what I can do. Which most likely is nothing.

I could give zero stars I could.

No portrait yet on 2/7/2021

It took awhile for me I receive my portrait but overall I am satisfied with the product. These portraits are customized so they do take longer to process. COVID conditions have been hard on many businesses and I’m sure this one is no different.

Orderd in November. not even started making what i have orderd and it's Feb now. Support is only bot and automated messages.

I ordered an item on Sep 21st 2020. It is now Feb 4th 2021 and the item still has not arrived. Multiple emails from them assuring me it was being processed and would be delivered. Even going as far as sending me a jpg of the image they had created. I gave them the benefit of the doubt with their 2-5 week delivery time but after 15-weeks I have claimed my money back from my credit card supplier. AVOID!!

I ordered in Sep 2020 and I still haven't received anything after 5 months of waiting. I contacted them throughout these past months and have received next to nothing responses from their 'customer service' team. I have since disputed this claim to my credit card company to get my money back but I'm awaiting their decision. Please do not buy from them as they will take your money and run. Their website is also down, however, their social media accounts are still running. Do not trust them.

I have applied to my credit card company for charge back as after non delivery of my item - attempting to get responses from this business came to nothing

I gave them one star because I couldn’t give them what I wanted ... 0 stars took my money and never got my portraits. I herd they no longer in business so please don’t order from this no longer company!
