I ordered a Christmas present in December 2020, paid for quicker delivery and it has STILL not arrived. Sent countless emails and always received an automated response saying they are receiving a high volume of emails. Shocking service and doubt I will ever receive my portrait. Please do not order from here.

Ordered something in November. It’s now April. 0 responses from them about my order or its progress, no responses even from their social media where it seems they blocked all comments as well? Please do not spend money here. Already working on a dispute with my bank.

ABSOLUTE RIP OFF..! Not only did they rip me off but when I contested the amount with my credit card...(Capital One)... They managed to scam them as well CONVINCING THEM everything was done as ordered... I have reopened the case but it doesn't look good.... this company is excellent at scamming people... And apparently BANKS.!!!!... and taking their money... word is they have simply reopened under a different name on Facebook and on line..... How they can keep ripping off the American public like this and get away with it is beyond me... Please somebody put the spotlight on this terrible, unethical PUKE of a company... STAY AWAY RUN AWAY.! And again, someone with the know-how please take this company on they are a bunch of THIEVES..!

Please do yourself a favor and do NOT send these scam artists your money. They took my payment 8 months ago and in return, I received NO portrait, NO refund just several unwanted automated emails thanking me “for my money”

Scam!!!!!! Dont click, don’t buy... they will probably come around n try to DBA under another name. They need to be banned and Shut down for good! Scam artists and crooks! Just remember - what goes around comes around.

This place is a scam it’s been almost a year and nothing. Guess I learned a hundred dollar lesson. Bunch of criminals.

I ordered a portrait on The 30th of October for my birthday. Never arrived. No answer no refund. Do not buy anything!

SCAM - Ordered Oct 23 for Christmas, it never arrived and after several emails/texts, they've stopped responding. Its now March and no gift, no refund, no reaponses.

Ordered Aug 4 2020. It is now almost April 2021 - 40 support emails later giving every excuse under the sun, they still have my $70 and I have nothing. Today their support email bounced back an error message. Are they closed? I reported to BBB two times, state of Delware, and also FBI. Still nothing.

Ordered 2 things total of $200+ and never received anything but and automated reply of heavy emails. I charged thru my Macys AMEX and tried to dispute it and they would refund me either. so Macys dispute department also SUCKS!!!

Ordered two items on Nov 23rd hoping to receive them for Christmas. Confirmed a few weeks later through their website customer service messenger that it should be shipped by then. Received a trickle of email over the next month that it was “on the way”. No response since mid-January 2021. Their website was down for a few months, but is now back up taking orders. DO NOT trust this company. You won’t receive your order.

This is a scam ordered last October still waiting, auto generated responses. Then nothing.

Have waited 5 months... no portrait. Emails requesting an actual person to contact me are met with auto replies.

Ordered in early November 2020, its now March 2021 - didnt receive anything ... complete scam

The first orders I received were great so I ordered more to the tune of $424, which I will never see again. I ordered back in June of 2020, wrote numerous emails and received a few responses assuring me my order was being processed. Never did. The Better Business Bureau in Delaware told me there was nothing they could do. From reading the reviews, I think they made a boat load of money for doing nothing.

Like many others, I ordered from Royal Portraits last October. I received a preview for one of the three and no other communications aside from robo replies since December. They should not be able to advertise services if they cannot provide them. Their website is still up selling their products.

Ordered in early November, 2020. Received NOTHING and it is now March, 2021. Numerous emails and Facebook messages yielded one "sample" photo only. Never received product. Reported to BBB and filed a dispute with my credit card company. Hoping to get my money back.

So disappointing that they took my money and never delivered on portraits. Such a scam and how can they live with doing this to people. I have called the Better Business Bureau, Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and even the FBI. These people need to be penalized.
