You've seen the reviews! My story is the same story!

Made an order with this fraud company and they pocketed the money and didnt send the product.

Keep reporting them to the local police, google.com and whatever platform they use. We need to track these guys down and make sure they end up in jail.

Scam. Ordered more than two month ago, no sign of a portrait, I wrote like seven times to the customer support, they always answer like it's going to be shipped within a day or two. But nothing ever came and they don't answer anymore. A huge waste of time and money...

Stay away from it. Can't believe the webpage haven't been shut down yet.

Seems to be a scam. Ordered a digital portrait, not a print. Contacted the company twice through the website chat tool. Both times, they said my portrait was finished and was being prepared for shipping. Certainly a red flag since it was supposed to be digital. In the second chat, the woman said she would email it to me that day (Nov 9). Nothing was ever delivered. Yes, I've been checking the spam folder, too. The chat tool now appears to have been removed from the website, go figure.

Ordered months ago and not heard anything, no reply from customer services. Scam

Ordered back in September and im still waiting with no responses to my emails/contact us forms. Wish I'd looked at this first before I gave them money. They're advertising on Instagram and everything though so seem very legit. Total scam!

Scam. I ordered a portrait as Christmas present for my partner. It hasn't arrived I emailed them to find out what was happening. This is their response: "I apologize for the delay. While we are processing orders within our stated time frames, there have been some reports of intermittent shipping delays.
In addition to this, we partnered with a new shipping company that is much sophisticated. As we do not want our artists' efforts to go on waste, we have endorsed the reshipment of this to our new shipping partner.
We are all doing everything we can to operate safely and we appreciate your understanding and patience.
I can confirm that we are working on your portrait. Once it is completed, you will receive an email with the tracking information.
We are very sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.
Let us know if we can help you with anything else.

I now realise that they've have my money and nothing will be coming. If there is not contact name or customer service person point of contact you realise that there is something not right with this company. I can't even work where they are located in the world. Its a mystery to me. I vowed never to buy off FaceBook ever again. I've been caught out before.

Ordered in September and nothing from them - £ 109 down the drain - customer service gives me lie after lie about 'shipping issues' but refuses to give me a refund. do not buy from them - its a scam.

i ordered my portrait back in september and its nov 19. still havent gotten it. they dont email back, they dont call back or take calls. this place is a scam dont waste your money. SCAM!!!!!!!

Ordered in Setpember, now mid November over 9 weeks later. Paid to skip queue which did nothing. Contacted multiple times via support email. Not a single reply.

No information on tracking, no update on my order.

They stole my money.
No way to sugar coat this.
Never got my picture, no reply from “support”. Stay away from them.

I placed my order over 5 months ago and still no sign. It was suppose to be a anniversary present. I wish I had read the reviews before making my regretful purchase from them.

I have been waiting for over 3 months on my order. The company is not responsive via email and I cannot find a number to contact them by phone. Their Facebook account does not let you make any comments. This company is a scam! Stay away.

Worst e-commerce experience of my life. Avoid buying from this Company. They are scammers that will take your money and don't send you the product. Customer service will not reply to your emails. I give 1 star because i can't give 0 stars. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE.
Also, I do not have proof, but I am sure the good reviews here were paid for. Total BS!
