I’ve just booked Mexico for me and my partner. Our travel agent Nora couldn’t have been any better no faults such a lovely woman and puts her all in to get everything she can to help and make sure your holiday is exactly how you want. Would 100% recommend definitely booking with Nora again.

The agent Clara, was very patient and helpful, she did her best to ensure I hot the perfect holiday, I had wanted. When I wasn't satisfied with the dates and flight tines, she took time to go through them and ensure I got the correct and best deal. Her responses were quick ,and she is knowledgeable about what she is doing. The whole process was easy, I won't hesitate to book another holiday and would certainly recommend this company for anyone who wants a decent holiday.

Nora was extremely helpful from the minute we booked to go to Krakow . She helped us with the checking in process as we were having problems with that . Our organised tour to Auschwitz went ahead smoothly without any hitches and she even checked in with us whilst we were in Krakow

Dexter was brilliant very fast with his response and extremely good value for money, Would highly recommend this company

Recently booked with Royal Routes to go to Disneyland Paris for Halloween.
Booking was simple and took the stress out of organising the holiday. Quickly received tickets for flights and entry.
Everything simple and straightforward, small misunderstanding with an extra payment but was quickly sorted by Nora and refund was received before the holiday!

Had a wonderful time in Disneyland, hotel was great and we had truly magical holiday with no worries thanks to Nora and all the staff at Royal Routes!

The attention to detail, the ability at short notice to rearrange routes and offer alternatives. Dexter helped me to find what I wanted and when I wanted it.

I was very impressed with how supportive Dexter and the team were when booking my family holiday to Disneyland. It was a worry for me as I found them on FB and was worried when I paid my money but it was all booked and we had the best time.
The only downfall I would say was the extortionist cost of changing a name on the holiday 2 weeks before we went which was £420!
