In the days before Christmas, the day before Christmas eve these people got us a container delivered to our site. Meant we could use it during closed days of Christmas shut down. Great service and helpfulness of delivery truck driver.

Container delivery service
Swift response to our query and new Container supplied is in excellent condition. However, actual delivery times by Truck driver were completely different to what was requested, therefore we had to rush to suit his unexpected time of arrival.

Quick response and delivery
Quick response and delivery. Helpful and replied very quickly.
One problem is that it would be helpful if office windows came down 200-300mm further so as able to view out the window when sitting at your desk. Trying to reach the control switches for heat pump is difficult.

Although we got a positive outcome
Although we got a positive outcome, in the end, due to the local Napier office calling in a favour, there was an apparent communications breakdown that could have resulted in a poor result for the customer.

Repeatedly chased for payment even though we could prove that monies had been paid via the link sent by Royal Wolf. Now we are unable to get a receipt for same payment despite asking numerous times. Sorry, not impressed.
