The container hire involved some complex freight logistics. Royal Wolf arranged everything and kept me updated on progress. The container arrived at its destination on time.

They answered my initial online inquiry promptly.
I'd dealt with Josh through the entire process. He sourced a container to my needs. The price was the best for what I was looking for. I had it delivered onsite with no issues. The service was 10/10

Superb delivery contractors - They were willing to listen to our instructions and follow them. We could be at the relocation but they did a fantastic job and really impressed us with their commonsense and ability to actually try and get the job done.
Comms with the team at RW dispatch were a little jumbled but still great hence the 1 star dip from 5 to 4. There was a small amount of confusion as to when the container was to be delivered the first time, i was rung and told it was on its way after it had been delivered which wasn't an issue. For the pick up dispatch were under the impression they could use a small Hiab luckily they checked and got someone in who could lift what i had been quoted was to be the max lift capacity for the relocation. Over all great service would highly recommend (already have)
