I have been dealing with Niki Hulston at Royal wolf, and the experience has been fantastic.

Container was not delivered when it was supposed to be.
Container was not picked up when it was supposed to be.

Excellent service, communication and delivery, there was absolutely no hassle or stress from start to finish.. would highly recommend this company:-)

If this relates to the wellington/Johnsonville container then you supply the wrong container, plus it was defective (could not close the doors). When i notified the local branch, they took a week to have it replace and there was no communication until the day off when the container was being swapped.
When ordering the container i was informed i would receive a quote, which was never sent, this could have prevented sending the wrong container. you have invoiced me twice for a lock which we never received.
Finally you have invoiced me for delivery and rental of both the wrong container and the new correct container and no one has followed up to discuss.

There was a small problem with the container I had chosen being also promised to another customer. But it all got sorted out favourably in the end thanks to the help of the sales staff. Very happy with the product I received.

Had a new container delivered to one of our jobs but it took numerous phone calls to sort out as it was not delivered on the booked date

All worked OK. But is expensive.

Very helpful, meet with us after hours on a Saturday morning at their yard.
Didn't mind moving stock to show us all that was available.

The worst business experience, the worst company I have ever dealt with. Incorrect invoicing for nearly 3 years, then they stopped invoicing me altogether, 4 months later they decided to start again, invoices still wrong, now they want paid for the 4 months they didnt invoice me, and quite frankly, I dont think I will. Over this time their invoices included containers I didnt have, double billing, transport after they were told numerous times, another company was paying. I have spoken to several people about them and not had a single positive comment.

Good to deal with - fast action. Only negative was they didn't send the lock and pole out with the container....so I had to make a special trip to pick it up from where they were dropped off. They also failed to alert me to where these items had been dropped off.

We found that Royal Wolf branch in Dunedin was fantastic. Great information. Quick in resbonding and delivery . Very happy with them and I would recommend them to any one .

There were numerous issues from the outset, address was incorrectly recorded, telephone number incorrectly recorded, rude emails despite the sales persons error in documenting contact and delivery details. Time lines were not met when we were told it was going to be delivered and when it was going to be picked up. Container supplied was not as described in sales discussion, on website or documentation and was unsuitable for the application we required it for. Person turned up announced to “rectify the vent issue” however a lack of understanding that the issue was both an unsuitable container for the application and the issue of air and moisture circulation. No accountability and continual mistakes be your sales person, when asked to speak to the manager the sales person still called us back. Refund requested once agreement for container to be removed and we were told this would take 5 to 10 days despite your company having the benefit of our funds for over a month.

Promised another container but took several days to confirm back that it was not available.
