Reactive Plumbing and Drainage Limited Reviews

Contacted Reactive Plumbing to replace my Lead Pipe. They came out quickly and quoted me. They also told me about the Lead Pipe Replacement Scheme and they explained how I could benefit from the Scheme. I was that impressed with Ian and his team, I have paid to have them come back to check all of my underground pipes with their camera system and I am also getting a price for moving the location of my soil pipe and replacing my old clay pipes with more modern plastic pipework. Would highly recommend 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

RPD NW replaced our lead water supply pipe. Ian and Tom were very polite, knowledgeable and hard working and completed the job within the day to a very high standard including reinstatement. Great communication by Emma as well beforehand explaining the process. I would highly recommend them.

I can’t Recomended Ian and Emma highly enough, great service and a great price for the work carried out. Ian and his team are professional and trustworthy and if they can save you money they will. We had a lead replacement carried, camera inspection and drain for a new en suite fitted. Thank you.

RPDNW replaced water main lead piping for me this week and what started out as a simple job turned into a very difficult job for the Team. They were professional from start to finish and overcame some extremely complex issues that I fear many others wouldnt have managed!
From initial enquiry to end of job this Company have been outstanding. The job was completed professionally and the Team were courteous, polite, clean and above all very skilled and knowledgable.
I would always recommend RPDNW to anyone as don't feel you will get a better service anywhere else.

Lead Replacement
Thank you for an excellent job in replacing the lead piping. Very pleased with everything from communication and survey through to completion. Engineers friendly, efficient and informative. Would not hesitate to recommend. Thank you so much.

RPD initially carried out a cctv survey of our drains which identified significant issues and a detailed scope of works required which has now been completed to a high standard. We highly recommend RPD.

Lead Replacement.
A big thank you for an excellent job in replacing my lead piping. Cannot believe the difference. It took the flow rate from 10.5 litres per minute to over 22 litres per minute just fabulous, as my brother says ".....enough to strip the skin off my back in the shower!" Great job, thoughtful and accomplished. The brick driveway was also reinstalled perfectly. Thank you so much.

I've just had my lead water mains replaced by REACTIVE PLUMBING & DRAINAGE, What a great firm to deal with, from the initial quote to completing the work was 100% professional. You wouldn't even know they had been.
Ian & Tom were a pleasure to have at my home, Emma went above and beyond with great communication, even taking time to speak with my son in law as I am 71 years of age and not great with emails and internet banking.
Excellent work from a fabulous team
Wouldn’t hesitate to call on there service again if needed.

I would highly recommend Reactive Plumbing & Drainage who have just replaced the lead pipes / water suply to my property. From quotation through to completion of the work Ian & the team have been super efficient, friendly and professional. Would 100% recommend them.

had leaking pipe in kitchen which could not be stemmed..called rpdnw and Ian came very quickly ...realised that leak couldnt be stopped unless outside supply was turned off..tried various times to adjust out side stop but was not able to because very old and not working..arranged with united utilities for them to come (dig down and install new outside stop) this was done within few hours (early hours of morning) he was able to stem to temporarily reduce leakage considerably inside and in circumstances did amazing job..

Great job by the guys at RPD NW. Thomas and Martin worked really hard in the heat to make sure the job was done and were able to work around some existing plants in the garden. They tidied up so well you could hardly tell they had been there. It has made a huge difference to our water pressure throughout the house. Thoroughly recommend them. Thanks again. Ian and his team were a pleasure to deal with from initial quotation through to site works. On site, Ian and his team were friendly, efficient and exceptionally tidy and even offered a cost saving opportunity when it became clear that some aspects of work could be omitted. Would thoroughly recommend and will do so if ever asked!

Prompt and professional service and left the site immaculate tidy and clean

From my panicked first call to the job getting completed, I can honestly say that Ian and Emma have gone way above and beyond in order to get the drains in my garden cleared and fixed. I had companies come out who said it was done, and partly was but then house insurance sent someone and that's where Ian and Emma stepped up. They dealt personally with the insurance company's drainage guys for me as I work long shifts for NHS and was so stressed with it all as the terminology meant nothing to me. They managed to sort everything out, the insurance paid out thanks to Ian and Emma and they left my garden looking like nothing had even happened. The photos they sent told a different story 🤣. They took the stress out of everything for me from start to finish and I recommend them to the highest level. Such a nice, friendly and helpful couple. Thank you from the bottom of my heart

So quick, friendly and professional! I would definately recommend they helped.me out so much at short notice I was so grateful to Ian and Emma helping me sort everything.

Fast, efficient, clean, tidy, on time, good price and friendly service.
You couldn't ask for more

Had a leak underground somewhere in the house. They were quickly and able to identify the leak and sort the problem for a sufficient price. Communication was quick and everyone was very nice. Got the quote as quick as possible and work was able to begin as promptly. Fantastic work all round!

This is the 2nd time I've used this company. First time was to fix a blocked drain and the second time to fix a leak in the mains coming into the kitchen. On both occasions they have been available at short notice. Staff are very knowledgeable and explained clearly the problem and how it would be fixed. Speedy and reasonably priced, great service. Would highly recommended.

Such a good job. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, polite and on time. They fully explained the job and what they were doing. Really happy with the work and outcome. Site was left clean and all spoil removed. Would recommend RPD NW without reservation. Job very well done.

The workmen were very polite, knowledgeable and efficient and completed the job within less than 5 hours to a high standard with almost no disruption. I highly recommend them.
