Amazing job, thanks everyone from RSC new homes. I’m self employed and these guys went above and beyond to get this over the line where most companies would have given up.

Highly recommend RSC homes.. I used them for my mortgage application after spending 4 months with a previous advisor and got nothing in return as the advisor was always going on holiday and I had to wait for him to get back because he was the only one that can access my file and never processed my application after paying. I got in contact with rsc after, paid them zero amount and had my mortgage offer in less than 2 weeks and the whole mortgage sorted in less than 3 months. Their staff are well trained, well mannered and effective. Even if one goes on holiday, another person will respond to you and answer your queries..thank you RSC homes

We had a fantastic mortgage appointment with Tolga Koch at RSC - Tolga listened to our requirements, what was important to us and provided recommendations that matched our needs. From appointment to receiving our mortgage offer took just over a week - so fast and efficient because Tolga had gathered all the information required up front.
Before dealing with Tolga we had regular check in calls with Jack Cumston who called when he said he would, told us all about the process and what to expect when we had our call with Tolga, and then following our appointment we had brilliant service and support from Denise Warrington, Adam Doran and Sabrina Southall. We want to recognise these individuals as they really went above and beyond to get things moving for us.

RSC staffs gave us a fantastic service. You were there for us all the way from start to finish. Thank you for helping us to successfully move to our new & spacious house.

RSC were helpful, attentive and knowledgeable. They didn’t charge and were able to answer any queries we had. Would definitely recommend and use again.

As a first time buyer, I had no idea what was involved or what to expect throughout my mortgage application journey. Everyone I spoke to were incredibly helpful, and were more than happy to help answer any questions I had either over the phone or through email, and kept me informed each step of the way. They made my whole journey from end-to-end very easy and much less stressful than I had anticipated.

Nothing but nice from start to finish, from dealing with Ian asking nearly all the silly questions I could think of, he was brilliant up to dealing with Emma who was so cheerful and pleasant on the phone, very informative nice one 👍🏼
