Quick and easy and glad to be supporting the rspca

Easy to do & good value

They were very helpful and caring as my cat hurt her leg, they got in touch with the emergency vets for us.

Really easy to navigate the policy and a good price for what your getting, not the cheapest but everything covered at a fair price,

They were very professional from the way the process went from the start to the end

The company doing well and how easy it was to get the right policy for my dog.

Good value pet insurance and easy to purchase.

Looked for a new policy after the previous company tried to up the premium by 35% for my 1yr old toy poodle who is in very good health and not been to see a vet for any illness. Took out the policy with the rspca, cheaper monthly payments, although the excess is £40 more than the last insurer. Sorting the policy was quick and simple, will see what happens when it comes to renewal time again. Will always compare prices if I feel I am being overcharged when no claims have been made.

Completely rude and insensitive.
Only contacted me back about my deceased pets policies when I requested a new policy for my deceased loved on.

Cash grab and incompetent.

Absolutely fantastic service. When your beloved pet is poorly it's very stressful anyway but knowing you have a great insurance policy in place and great customer service it's peace of mind. I've had Labradors for 25 years, and they have all been insured, RSPCA Insurance are by far the best

Wouldn't bother with these guys. Took a policy in November 2024. Claimed for my dog who had an aggravated ear in September 2024 and we were given a sterile cleaner. She has been fine since. In April her ears needed cleaning under anaesthetic as something had aggravated her ears again.

They are linking the two issues and stating that her condition was pre-existing, despite the fact she has been fine for months. There is no way to tell if the issue was preexisting or not, but logic would dictate that no further vet visits up until this month would suggest these are two seperate incidents.

I would never have changed insurer if I reasonably thought my pet had ongoing issues.

I am now faced with a large bill. Absolutely shocking. Will be moving away from these guys asap.

Had my dog insured with the rspca for 1 year they have said the renewal price will be £80 more a 40 percent increase no claims were made clearly you don’t want normal people to own a dog your a joke the year round collection we have for the rspca which saves about £1500 a year was removed from our shop today no need for the greed and to top it off just gone a comparison site they have offered the same cover for 25 percent less than what I originally paid

Seems a bit odd when they try to get you to adopt senior pets but their insurance doesn’t let you get a quote for a cat who is over 10 years old.

Absolutely terrible cannot for the life of me access the my pet portal hub to cancel my pet insurance! Only recently bought it. Only good reviews came up until I came across bad reviews! Absolutely shocking

I had a brilliant experience with RSPCA.
My puppy got bit by another dog and his face swelled up. It was 4am on Sunday morning so my vet wasn’t open, I called the 24/7 RSPCA helpline and a lovely woman named Emma T (I think) reassured me and FaceTimed me so she could see my dog. She was so helpful and brilliant with myself and my dog.
I went to the emergency vet and it cost me a fortune. I filed a claim with RSPCA and got the money back within 5 days. I think the website is easy to navigate too.
I know everyone has different experience with insurance companies and I can’t ensure it will be this easy every time.. but this time they were ace.

Don't waste your money, they are a scam insurer that will never pay for anything

Based on my own experience RSPSA flag little symptoms like bad belly or virus so they will never pay for anything related to that in a future so any gastrointestinal problem will not be paid for even thou they have nothing to do with each others! Pointless business scam nothing else! Avoid!

Just to clarify RSPSA it was not a pre existing condition as stated in your own letter by YOU!

I had an incredible experience with RSPCA insurance. I adopted a dog from the Dogs Trust who needed surgery to remove a ball from his stomach. The RSPCA team was outstanding throughout the entire process. They were incredibly quick to act, and they paid the vet directly, which made everything so much easier. When I called the helpline after seeing the dog eat the ball, the vet team guided me to go straight to the vet without hesitation, showing their expertise and commitment.

Unfortunately, I had to return the dog to the Dogs Trust because we realized he wasn’t the right fit for our family. When I cancelled the insurance policy, the team was incredibly understanding and even offered to refund the months I paid for after I no longer had the dog.

I couldn’t be more impressed with RSPCA Insurance – from their amazing customer service to their quick and helpful response during a stressful time. They offer great prices and truly went above and beyond for us. If you're looking for pet insurance, I would highly recommend RSPCA. They have been a wonderful help from beginning to end.

Couldn’t fault RSPCA insurance, our dog had an accident that became expensive and they covered the bill. Would recommend to anyone who looking for pet insurance.

I am sick and tired of keep receiving emails from these thieves and fraudsters. I am also fed up of seeing them on television adds asking for donations. The donations they ask for, are to pay for their wages and not to look after the rescued animals. They spend a 1% of what they get from the public and other donations on the animals, and the rest goes in paying staff wages. Being a charity volunteer, it means to work for free and not to get a £££ mostly salary, because their salaries are way above the national minimun wage. The Charities Watchdog, should just shut down this rouge organization
