Exceptional Service

From start to finish the service was exceptional. It was such an easy process requesting a cost, requesting specific dates for the skip to be delivered and collected. We thought it was going to be a bit tricky due to our current driveway but Steve was able to deliver the skip right onto our drive and right next to where all our rubbish was. To say we were impressed is an understatement. We were expecting it to be left at the top of the drive and we'd just have to walk everything up to it. Jaz in the office was always on hand to assist and just the whole process was so easy. We cannot recommend them enough and will definitely be using them again when we need a further skip.

It was very easy to arrange a van collection for a mixture of items in my garage, following a clear-out. This was cheaper and more convenient than a skip. The office staff and the men who made the collection were all helpful, friendly and courteous. I would definitely use RS Skips again.

I wanted a skip for some garden and house disposal and was getting frustrated calling all the skip hire companies who on Google say they delivered to Rochester, but that when you called didn’t. I then spoke to Jaz from R.S. Skips, great experience, super helpful, very pleasant over the telephone, easy transaction and I am expecting my delivery tomorrow. I couldn’t be happier!!! Thanks Jaz

Wayne was the driver who picked up our skip. I don't even know where to start as nothing I say can truly reflect what he did for us. He was EXTREMELY patient, kind, polite and the world is a better place because of people like him. Even the Director of the Company can't show more commitment than Wayne. He even helped remove Tiles that were on the way that was delivered earlier. Two boxes at a time. We couldn all just manage to carry one. He is an asset to any company and I hope he is being paid more than the Company Director as I can see he does ALOT more just to make sure customers are reached on time and satisfied.

The efficiency of picking up the rubbish was second to none as well. I was blown away! Told them I needed the skip moved ASAP and said if possible, today please. Guess what? Wayne arrived and hour later! Which company does that?!!! At a very competitive price too!
