Ordering was easy, Delivery was fast & driver couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful !

I called RS Skips, on short notice, and after speaking with a very helpful lady, the skip was delivered promptly. Happy with the guidance and the overall costing. The delivery man took great care when unloading. Would highly recommend.

The delivery was prompt and the driver was very polite and helpful.

He called me 15 mins prior to the delivery as I had requested.

The vehicle was tidy looking and the driver was also well presented.
He was able to site the skip in the spot I needed it in and not where it was easy for him. He took his time to make sure that I was satisfied with it.

Oops, I forgot to say that the lady that took my details and arranged for the skip to be delivered was very patient and made sure that I had the correct size of skip for my job.
I could hear that the office was extremely busy and the phones in the background were constantly ringing.
Hats off to the call handlers too.

Kieron the driver arrived on time, and then carefully navigated the drop of the skip in a small space around a large tree, which I was keen not to damage. Great service will definitely use again

We needed a skip and with so many to choose from I simply choose the company closest to us in proximity. Which was RS Skips. How lucky was we. Charlotte was so helpful, efficient and friendly. She took my order and explained everything I needed to know. When asked did they have a Waste Carriers Licence, she helped me locate it on their website. I was then supplied with a copy of the WTC and an invoice. They follow a very good work practice. The skip was delivered on time by a nice fella and placed exactly where we wanted it. If we need another service, we'll definitely call them again. Well done RS Skips.

Have used this company for a number of years, this is because all the others i used previously were pretty lousy. Probably 75 skips over the past 6 or 7 years with RS and very rarely has there been a problem, if there is, they have told me. No leaking trucks spewing oil everywhere, the office staff are always happy when i contact them and timber blocks with netting used on skips. The last driver was called Stephen, friendly fella, was very careful about what he did. I noticed this, because i'm a fussy individual in my workplace with my customers, he had respect of property including pavements and parking of truck, which is a top priority for me and what i expect.
Some skip firms have flatbeds/tippers with grab cranes delivering skips with holes in, leaking oil on driveways, stinky drivers, cash only, not turning up and put a hydraulic ram through a paving slab with no hesitation! RS is none of these i guarantee. Cheers, Paul

This company is the worst I have ever seen. They picked up a skip that I have unfortunately hired from and damaged my driveway. When I called to report, I was told that it is not their responsibility.

As a lay person, I cannot judge the situation to advice your driver on how to do their job. If I had such skills I wouldn't have hired anything from you. When you do your job you need to show reasonable skills and care. You can't run around damage people's property and then escape liability.

I have given them 2 days to rectify and if not I will be taking this further.

Skip delivered when they said it would be, and placed perfectly. Very happy with the service.

The lady Kat on the phone was so lovely it was really quick and easy to arrange pick up for my rubbish and they took it same day with no fuss and were so quick at it gentleman was really polite and knocked before taking the stuff away I highly recommed this company and will 1000% only use yous in the future the lady on the phone genuinely was the loveliest person
