Welcome'd me in, made it easy to register my purchase and there is helpful information on using your tools etc.

Very happy witht the tools and the app but it would be nice if it was clear when you can use your points. As it is is i have no in idea when or what i could get with these points???

After three days of working with the tile cutter, the cuts are crooked and the edges of the tiles break. I couldn't find a repair agency in Toronto and I couldn't get help from anyone

Does anyone know of a dealership in Toronto or Richmond Hill?

I have took a step and purchased a rubi tile cutter after my cheap one was useless (buy cheap buy twice) I am very pleased with my purchase so far not a fault and all good cuts

Can't get ahold of accessories without having to contact a sales representative which is inconvenient and for the money I'm sure there are better saws out there

Purchased a Rubi Star 26-Max Tile cutter for a couple of home projects from Home Depot. After getting the tile cutter home and unpacked, I noticed there was a crack in one of the support brackets. Tried to use it once and the bracket shattered. I called and spoke to a very nice lady in Customer Service and she said I need to talk to Tech Support. They were closed (I'm on the west coast and tech support is in Florida) so a message was left. No callback after a couple of days so I sent a note via their web and received an acknowledgment that I would hear back in a couple of days.

After a week of waiting and nothing heard, I looked at my options. I could either take it back to Home Depot (55 Miles one way) or just buy the part at RubiParts. I decided to take the Rubiparts route since the part was less than $7 plus shipping. That might not have been the best decision since the store had a minimum order of $25, but it was still cheaper than driving back to Home Depot.

So at this point, I am waiting for a replacement part that I had to add other items to the order to get it above the minimum. The unit is broken and I am hoping that part will fix it, otherwise, I am out a couple of hundred dollars. At this point, I cannot recommend Rubi based on their response to support and have little faith that the two (2) year warranty is worth it. I will look elsewhere next time.

I have owned several Rubi tile saws as well as tried many other brands. Rubi has become the only tile saw brand I will purchase. There truly are workhorses! And the accuracy of the cut has been super. As a tile setter I don't have time double-check every cut. Recently I purchased the DC-10 Max for smaller tile. I love it!! The only thing holding me back from giving it 5 stars is my disillusion with the Rubi App. It is not well maintained and many items including this saw are not included, no points earned! Bottom line is whether I'm buying a saw, float, trowel, or other tool, I still buy Rubi for the quality I've come to expect from a world-class company.

I had trouble registering my new wet saw but one email and it was all sorted. Thank you very much.

Delivery was very fast and efficient, the saw cuts amazingly as long as you take your time and go steady. Water does seem to go all over the place but this is a minor issued to be honest. Could probably do with another levelling up foot rather than just one to make levelling it up easier.

Had defect on new purchase
