best machine brought, got it from tops tiles with a trade discount was cheaper online but didn't want any hassle if need to return or needed repair, loved the fact it came with 3 years warranty, only issue I would say if your using big tile for example 1200 x 800 you will struggle but due to space and storage I didn't go for the bigger one but it still dose the job, easy to use and folds away water pump and spray system is lovely feature, clean cut easy to clean lovely bit of kit and I've brought 3 different brands in the past year and returned them due to not cutting straight and clean.

Good tool for large format tiles. But with that in mind side table extension is must be in set. Motor is little bit to week for it, but pretty quite. Entry level tool for 48 inch tiles. This is first impression with my 20 years experience of cutting tiles with other tools.

Well my experience isn't always great, but I guess its not entirely yalls fault. Lots of good new products you offer go unseen in the state of Oklahoma where I live. Replacement parts are very hard to track down and obtain. I love a good amount of your products and could go on and on about what is good and bad and how to help. I also travel all around the US tiling Lowe's bathrooms and would love to show off your products and brand, free of charge. All I would ask is to test your new products to give you a real word feedback. If I like it and it works how it should I will buy it. If it doesn't perform, I can tell you why.

Ease if use, smooth rollers, not too heavy, how ever the side table could be stronger not plastic, when moving tile to the outer edge it drops slightly causing water to run off, I would pay more if the add on side table was aluminum and larger the saw legs could use some leveling feet,

My DU-200 tile saw arrived in such a state as to render the saw unusable. Certainly this is due mostly to some malcontents working for fedex but the packaging selected by rubi falls short.

The only problem was that there was no customer support at all. I had an issue with my DC250-1200 saw so I called customer service, technical support. I did this 3 times within a 2 hour period. The tech was always the same, was not available and prompted for a message but the mailbox was full. I believe the tech was Hector. Then I tried customer service, I called twice and didn’t answer, the second time I left a voicemail but never got a call back

I am very satisfied with the Rubi tool for processing and laying tiles, I was very disappointed that we don't have Rubi Croatia because many ceramists would use Rubi products, Rubi is the best!
