The saw works great. The rubber shoe at the bottom of the water hose really keeps the blade wet which helps with the cut. With big tiles the water is always going to tend to run off and not get redire... See more

Rubi 55905 wet tile cutter
Very good bit of kit , I’ve been cutting long ways , 610mm Italian porcelain tiles no probs …
Also glass mosaic tiles no sweat .. very good tool
I’ve using Rubi snappers and wet saws for over 3 decades now and would highly recommend them for any tile tradesman. The accuracy, longevity and performance are unmatched.
Excellent tile saw, very quick and easy to set up. Easy to manoeuvre with attached wheels and handle.
you can make a ceramic tile cutter of a maximum length of 20 cm with two bars as shown in TS or TX
the 50 cm version that you have is not good for anything, it is too long and cuts crookedly
now I have a Montolit 25 cm machine but it does not cut straight
Make a bun with a maximum length of 25 cm
Many craftsmen will want a small machine for 20 cm ceramics
Thank you Liviu
I love the Rubi brand it’s absolutely fantastic for us tilers 👌👌👌
Just ran my new DT-7 wet saw and the motor has a periodic grind or rattle sound during start up. Construction of the unit is beefy and the angle guide is heavy duty and solid. Way better quality from the Rigid 7 inch at only another $150.00 worth it so far running it next week on job 2 for it. See how it sounds then.
They were very quick in responding to my query and sorting out the issue i had.
This is my 1st tile cutter of this type. I was a little disappointed that it doesn’t cut as straight as I would have hoped. Additionally the cut leaves somewhat of a jagged edge. No problem if the cut edge is out of sight but I guess I can’t give away my wet saw just yet. A more expensive model may produce a better result.
Customer service at Ashford branch very good also at Strood.
I would have liked some written instructions ie. how to install the cutter into the handle.
Club Rubi is difficult to navigate, dimensions are in metric, buying products does not seem possible.
The tool is great!
I have found any Rubi product to last the test of time. You really do manufacture robust products. It's my go to brand for any tiling requirements.
I have been extremely satisfied with all the items that I have used that are made by Rubi. There is a consistent quality and reliability that I can depend on for the beat project outcomes. With online our chasing becoming the norm, it is very nice to have reliable brands. While other tools may work in some cases, it's hard to tell the cheap copies and the real deal...rubi’s consistent dependability makes those choices easier and less hit and miss.
