One very Fedup Engineer
Nothing went went wrong the ways the stores were run befour we changed over to Rubix. We are a large chemical plant and requiure parts next day or the same day for repairs or new projects that need to be implemented quickly, had no problem when using RS, but that's where the problem lie's Rubix is in compition with RS. Can't order from RS, even if I did the parts would be onsite next day. rather than waiting 14 days and only 30% of the parts have arrived so far. Not acceptiable, very poor service
Placed the order for the project parts on the 18/07/25 have only recieved a fraction of the parts for the current project after 12 days.
By the time the rest of the parts arrive in dribs and drabs, I could of built and installed the system on the line.
Rubix is a JOKE, stick with RS, yes you may pay slightly more, not much, but you get the sevice.
Rubix only conentrates getting you the best price but not the best delievery time, check there website (which is Crap) 14 Working Days for delivery on 90% of there products. How can industry work with this?
Rude, Pushy and not professional, Hard sales scam

They are pushy and rude and refuse to speak to anyone else, i have on several occasions asked if i can help and they haven't even asked who I am..... just say "NO we will call back we only want to speak to the person in charge" well unfortunately I am the person in charge I'm the Managing Director and the pure rudeness and pushiness and failure to gain facts before dismissing me as someone who is not able to help is bad judgement on your part. So please don't contact us again. Many thanks. On reviewing your phone number it is listed as hard sales scams and its accurate!!!! no today thank you.

Rubix VT Ltd delivered a mixed experience. While initial set up took some time and had added costs, their team showed reliability in resolving issues promptly and offering personalized assistance, notably from Alfie and Lucy. The sales and support were professional, though some processes could improve. Overall, a solid company for business connectivity needs.

Would not recommend, please try to do better.
Sadly Rubix took over a company that we were previously contracted with and it is possible that they set the bar very high however Rubix did not provide the same level of service. They significantly impacted our connectivity by making changes that were not necessary and also did not rectify the issues in a timely manner, instead trying to charge us for upgrades. They didn't respond to issues quickly and at times were unprofessional. After a complaint to Ofcom was found in our favour we managed to exit the contract and find a provider that has been significantly better from day one. No more connectivity issues. I very rarely leave a poor review for a company but felt it important to do so, mostly to ensure Rubix look to do better in the future.

Outstanding Customer Service (Alfie)
While the upgrade did not go as smoothly as anticipated, the speed and efficiency at which the support team assisted and resolved our issues was fantastic.
Alfie was a pleasure to communicate with, he was relentless in resolving all issues we have where other companies would have easily dismissed them. He kept us updated at every stage and is a real asset to your company.
I can not recommend RUBIX VT enough for businesses, their customer support has been unrivalled.

Wholly dissapointed
Very dissapointed. Took 3 months to get set up correctly, anything & everything had a charge against it. Customer service was, lets say, to the point & needed chapter and verse to each and every problem before they would respond. Promised so much...

Phone number back in action in no time
I've had that phone number with Rubix for a couple of years. Suddenly, all calls in go straight to voicemail without even one ring tone.
Lidia followed up on my messages and Ross looked into the issue, which was resolved in a day.
When the QR code wouldn't scan properly, Ross was able to come in and watch every step, highlighting the vital action I had omitted.
