Very poor experience so far
I had previously ordered a few years back and found the experience efficient
My latest order has been placed nearly 4 weeks without any confirmation or tracking details. Countless emails have been sent and no feedback, seriously disappointing considering it was an anniversary gift that has now been missed

Really disappointed, had the shoes two weeks and they look extremely worn already. The flowers fell off after the 3rd wear, they look like I've had them for years. Loved the shoes and was so excited to wear them. But really disappointed with the quality. I have contacted Ruby Shoo but no response. The sole has now fell off.

Beautiful shoes worn for 10 hours at a wedding yesterday. They are comfortable, well padded under the foot with an elegant but stable heel. My only minor criticism is that, like a couple of other reviewers, I would like a tiny bit more wiggle room in the toes (a whole size up would be too big). Regarding customer service, I had to return my first order because of a black mark in the right heel. It was initially a bit confusing who to contact for an exchange and the phone went to voicemail but Deb at Belle Divino emailed me and was very helpful, sending a replacement pair out to me immediately which was much appreciated.

I wore the pink Miley shoes to a wedding and received compliments about them all day long!!
They transformed a quite simple outfit and were very comfortable to wear. I was happily still dancing in them after midnight when everyone else had changed into flat shoes

I love Ruby Shoo, have heels for going out out but love flats for everyday work wear

Ordered Sophia shoes. Very prompt delivery. Beautiful shoes, comfortable but unfortunately didn’t suit what I wanted them for. Requested a refund which was dealt with efficiently . Would order from Ruby shoo again .

Oh, I fell in love with these shoes as soon as I saw them online and just had to get them. They are beautiful and very comfortable to wear. They came very well packaged and wrapped up for transit. Thank you Ruby shoo. No doubt I’ll be ack to shop with you in the near future. 🙂

I order a pair of shoes in the black friday sales. When they arrived they were very poor quality and slightly different sizes. I email customer services 4 times, I called their phoneline 3 times and I messaged them via instagram. To this day I have not had a single response from them.
