Phone turned up as stated, not in iPhone box with just a cable. Phone is ok but cable stopped working after 24hours.

I bought the first time. I like your service it is quick and fast delivery. I order Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus but I got Samsung S8 . if it is possible can I change Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus instead of Samsung Galaxy S8.please
if is there any difference I will pay it but reasonable price . even when I ordered the phone I filled Samsung galaxy s8 plus and the condition I ordered Excellent but you send me DIFFERENT ONE.

You have have a cheek, it’s been 10 days and I still haven’t received the phone, I wanted to send the phone abroad with a friend on Monday....it’s now Saturday and no chance of getting this phone now....everything I ordered 3-4 days after this item has arrived so pls don’t use Christmas rush as an excuse.....I’m so disappointed, you don’t even deserve a star .

hi all , i posted a negative review of "ruezone" i felt i had been cheated and they were not at all honest , someone from ruezone read the revue and decided to report it to trust pilot stating that the review
was bogus as apparently i had never had any dealings with them ...EVER? pretty much calling me a liar , enough fuel there for defamation of character, i then forwarded one piece of correspondence i had with "will" one of the staff via ebay messages ,
also the purchase details from my paypal account showing the transactions , lastly i sent trustpilot a snapshot of my bank statement showing the 4 purchases and then the refund for the same four items.
so you see i really did deal with them there is no doubt about that
i wonder why they said they never heard of me? why did they insinuate that i had lied? as i stated in my first review and based on the evidence above, i say again this company are not to be trusted as can be clearly seen by the way they operate, i am not at all pleased my reputation was called into question , nor am i happy being called a liar,
the remarks that ruezone made about me stating that no business had taken place between us is both defamatory and slanderous ,
forcing me to send proof from bank records and paypal that showed they lied , is this the kind of company you want to deal with , you decide , i have not decided my next move yet but plan to take advice.

Following severe damage to my wife's phone by our dog, I looked for a replacement on ebay. I found what appeared to be a suitable used and refurbished Huawei Ascend Y330 for sale by Ruezone. I purchased the phone and it arrived well packed on a 48 hour delivery. The screen was completely unmarked, the back was a bit rubbed, but as described and perfectly acceptable. Also included was a charging cable.

The damaged phone's sim and memory cards were inserted in the new phone and the very flat battery was charged. The set-up routine was followed and the phone has worked perfectly since. In fact, slight problems with the original are not present. I am thus very satisfied and happy to recommend Ruezone.

A. Short

I bought a pre-owned Samsung S5 from Ruezone. I realize that this is far from current but, for me, is perfectly adequate. I forget the exact rating on the website but it led me to believe that there would be fairly obvious signs of usage. When I received the phone, I found it hard to distinguish it from a brand new one and the battery also has plenty of life. All in all, I'm a very happy customer and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ruezone.

I bought a refurbished Samsung S5 from RueZone in October 2018. It carried a 12-month warranty. Last week, the screen suddenly froze and I couldn't get the phone to start up and display anything at all. RueZone emailed me a postage label, informed me it was being repaired, and the phone was returned to me in full working order within five days. Now that's what I call fantastic customer service. It's a pity most other eBay sellers fall very short in regards to good customer service. I can't recommend RueZone highly enough.

First time I have used Ruezone and have been extremely impressed. There was a minor issue with delivery so I contacted Ruezone. A good measure of Customer service is how problems are dealt with and Ruezone responded perfectly - their Customer service was excellent and issue was dealt with very quickly and efficiently. The phone I purchased was rated as 'Renewed' and priced better than other sites. When unpacked it looked as though it was brand new (though in a plain package). Phone is working absolutely great - wish I'd bought it sooner. Will I use Ruezone again - Yes definitely. Would I recommend Ruezone to others - already have!
