EDIT: The product finally arrived nearly two months after ordering. Not great quality, though not terrible. Horrendous delivery time and customer service. I won't buy again.
ORIGINAL: A month since ordering and there is no sign of arrival. In the poor communication I've received I have been given a tracking link to parcelsapp.com, notably used by scammers to provide fake tracking updates. This website is not real, don't use it.

I originally ordered and paid for two masks which supposedly qualified me to receive another free of charge, . The delivery time was almost two months and when the order eventually arrived it contained only one mask which in that case made it a very expensive item. I am not happy. However I have since posting this review had a reply from the suppliers offering to remedy the situation. I am very hopeful that this order will now be fulfilled .

Very Poor Indeed - Do NOT recommend
Ordered Rugby Facemask and all paid for over 2 months ago. Chased told looking not it, no further communication. Chased again, still nothing. No further correspondence received and no order arrived. Feel ripped off and very poor service.
