I have tried to contact Rugbynut on several occasions as I have also received 2021 T-shirts. Only received email acknowledging receipt but no further contact despite request via Facebook and email due to number being engaged! This was my second purchase for two t-shirts so have spent quite a bit of money with them. Very poor customer service!

Don’t understand all the rubbish reviews. Ordered two shirts. Picked the right date as that is my responsibility, both sized correctly, good quality, quick delivery.

I ordered a 2025 British & Irish lions t-shirt for my son. Received 2021. No reply from emails only confirmation of receipt, telephone number continuously engaged. They’re a rubbish company. Also noticed they have taken down their Facebook page probably because of all the negative comments.

I was reluctant to buy after reading the poor reviews but my husband loved the lion so I risked it. So glad I did because it was fine, and I’ve since ordered another one. Good quality cotton and a unique print.

The company said they dispatched my parcel how ever the parcel never been delivered (still waiting ☹️)
I contacted them and they reply was dont not send emails because you will go at the back of the cue which was over a week ago which they have no customer service and it seems that i wasted £52

Good quality product.Bought 2 t-shirts. 1 was damaged and have tried to send it back with no response by e-mail or telephone on how to do this.It is obviously a con company and need's a visit from the Beekeeper.???

Appalling service - order was cancelled and receipt to confirm receipt of cancellation request. No further contact, order dispatched (even though it was cancelled) and money taken from my account. Phone numbers do not work and no one responds to any email sent. Clearly a company I would nether use again or recommend. If you need my £25.00 that much then so be it. Really annoyed - company claims to be family run blah blah blah - just another scammer out for all they can get. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I bought 2 T-Shirts and upon delivery found one was for 2021 Lions. Obvioiusly my fault for not getting my magnifying glasses out to see the different date. Also that the 2 shirts were the same price one of which is 4 years old.

Just recently ordered a 2025 British and Irish lions t shirt came quicker than expected quality very good and a perfect fit this is the 2nd time of placing an order very easy to follow website and never any trouble top marks good company to deal with 👍

Beware the published jumper sizing is incorrect and my requests for an exchange were ignored!
Purchased a jumper before Christmas for my 12 year old. Measured him, as he’s growing fast, consulted the size guide and ordered. The jumper was too small in the arms/body and when I measured it was several cm smaller than the published sizes. Emailed immediately, waited. Emailed again in January, no reply. In the end sent an ultimatum that if I didn’t hear I’d have to raise a dispute with my credit card company. That’s what I had to do. Like to support UK businesses but would not buy from here again. Their refund/exchange policy is not honoured.

Sizing miles out and print quality very poor . Emailed to complain and no response could get better quality off Skegness market.

Delighted with my recent purchase of some B&I Lions T shirts. Prompt delivery and size guide near perfect. Great quality of the T shirts illustrated by how well they still look after constant machine washes. I have been very fortunate to have had several successful purchases from Rugby Nut and will happily recommend their products to any and all Rugby fans. Thank you

No customer service. No response. Rugby top printing very poor quality, con. They say, if you chase for a response they put you to the back of their queue, con. It’s been over 8 weeks since delivery received, emails and phone calls, no response, con. Very disappointed with the entire experience. Under no circumstances order from this company. If you have, like me been stung. Chase up your refund with your credit card. Very simple procedure and excellent results. Rugby nuts is a con.

I got a great t shirt. Good quality, lovely fit too. My friends made nice comments about it. I love it and will continue to use this company for fun loving clothing. Thanks.
